"I live in the Central Florida area. By mistake, I ordered the wrong receiver because it didn’t have Wi-Fi. I called accessories4less.com and a gentleman named David Harmon answered the phone. He told me I could return it by mail but I told him I lived in Central Florida and he said he would be happy to return the item if I wanted to drive to Apopka.
I cannot explain how great David was when I got there. He did not refer me to anyone else but told me to come directly to his office. He even told me where to park to find him. I drove the short 25 minutes to his facility and he greeted me warmly and expressed genuine concern about my quandary.
This guy was unbelievable. He took the time out of his busy schedule answering calls and testing units to ask me about my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and, after a few minutes, knew the features I was seeking. He brought out a different model and it wasn’t exactly what I wanted so he packed it up, returned it, and went and got a different model. By the way, when the phone rang he still excused himself and answered the calls to handle immediate situations. I didn’t mind at all because I was so happy to have somebody knowledgeable who would spend time with me.
I told him I was having problems with the setup and he volunteered to hook it up to his system and help me with the setup instructions. Can you believe that? He then hooked it up to his speakers and walked me through the set up process. David saved me so much time and aggravation because of his familiarity with Yamaha receivers. He even performed the firmware update, even though it was almost 5:00 and quitting time.
I want to be explicitly clear that I had never met David before this interaction or my phone call. He was genuinely concerned about my situation and took time to make sure I was happy with the product. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this website and I was referred to it by a friend. I want to assure you that I will never order from anybody else. This is the greatest customer service experience I have ever had. I even got to meet some other employees who were also extremely pleasant and helpful.
Do you have any idea how rare this is? After speaking with him for five minutes, I thought he owned the company. Whenever he spoke about the company, he used to be “we” word. I honestly got the feeling he was part of this company.
I have no idea what you pay David but I’m thinking it isn’t enough. Nobody, AND I MEAN NOBODY, treats customers as well as he did."

They told me I was outside their 30 day return window and SOL. They could have let me return it (with restocking fees and shipping recapture) and sold it again plus have a sale of a more expensive unit. "I bought an Onkyo Surround Sound Receiver. It was Refurbished and it arrived DOA. I tried to return it but after trying to get ahold of their terrible customer service, I missed the 30 day window and was told I had to deal with the warranty through Onkyo. This is the way they handle their customers. They lost me as a customer and I'm writing this to tell you to avoid them."
"Got a refurbished Onkyo Receiver that was DOA. They didn't have an exchange, so it was either I had to pay to return it or get it repaired. Repair shop is also incompetent, their non-technicalso it's still there. Then to add insult to injury, Accessories4Less magically had stock again after my 30 exchange window was up. Communication with them was prompt, but useless in the end. Now t's been a month and I've never once got a chance to listen to it. Onkyo isn't any help either, so this is probably the last of 7 Receivers I'll ever own from them. Seems like all the companies involved here failed to stand behind the customer, They put the burden of resolution on the consumer. Stay away, unless perhaps you live within driving distance to be able to return."
"What a great Internet find. No one else had the Pioneer Elite BDP-88FD BluRay player in stock for less than its retail price ($2000). It has been out of production for a while now, so I was just happy to find any available anywhere. After doing an Internet search, I found Accessories4less, and I thought they were just another bait-and-switch place with absurdly low prices. Then I saw they were offering this Pioneer-factory refurbished unit. I wasn't a previous customer, but I had bought Pioneer-factory refurbished products before, so I took the plunge. The player was shipped the same day I ordered it according to the FedEx site; it traveled up the East Coast in 5 days. It plays AND looks as good as new for $1000 less! I cannot review Customer Service since I didn't need any, but Accessories4Less has moved to the top of my retailer list for electronics. "
