"It has been almost 2 months since I placed my order and have not received it. When I tried contacting them it takes me to a ticket center. Where I put my claim but they do not respond! Is there anything I can do to get my money back? Some of the things they sell are low priced but what's the point if you don't receive it never!"

"I ordered a camcorder charger and when it came it didn't fit my camcorder so I asked to send it back. They emailed me telling me to keep it for awhile. I emailed them back and told them NO WAY, I want to return the item. So instead they asked me to ship it to the address they enclosed in an email and email them a tracking number which I did on Dec 21st. I still haven't heard from them and I keep emailing them since they received the product back on Dec 23rd. I want my money back. This is so ridiculous. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!"

"I placed order 10/31. On 11/1 I received email saying "your order has been processed." Note: It does not say it has shipped or when it will ship. Just that it was processed.
On 11/10 and 11/16 I send reply email asking status. No reply.
On 11/17 I go to web site and fill out form asking status. No reply. They did process my order enough to take $30 from my credit card account. But that's the last I have heard from them.

"Not impressed! I purchased two cellphone chargers (Nokia AC-10U Original High Efficiency Charger for Nokia N97; Code: NOCHAC10U). One of the chargers does not work, and both chargers rattle when shaken. This leads to me believe these items are refurbished and not new.

While I understand that electronic items sometimes have issues, what I don't understand is why Accessory Focus has yet to respond to my emails requesting replacement. Not even a "we have received your message, and we'll get back to you." Nothing. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

"I ordered a compactflash card reader from accessoryfocus.com on August 23. Today is September 13 and I haven't received it. According to their website, the item shipped. According to the tracking number, it never left Hong Kong. I have sent emails and messages via the "contact us" page on their website FIVE TIMES. Each time, a message appears saying that they will contact me as soon as possible. I have yet to hear anything from them. This company stole my money as far as I'm concerned."

"I had paid for Original Olympus BLS-1 PS-BLS1 for $48. I purchased this battery understanding that it is original. The battery stopped working after couple of months.When I took it to Olympus I was told it was a fake battery and they won't even touch it. I would have rather paid few extra bucks and purchased original battery.
