"Ordered LG phone case on Wed Jan 10, 2007 evening. Shipped with USPS 1st class mail on Jan 12, 2007. Received on Jan 17 morning, but it was not the same as the picture shown on the website. It had similar features with that advertised on the website, but definitely not the same. Either the wrong pictures were posted on the website, or it was out-of-stock, and a substitute was sent to me. I also checked on other websites for the substitute, and it was sold around the similar price range. So, I didn't feel it was a bait-and-switch. I didn't return it -- I'm keeping it. Overall, I'm slightly disappointed, but not unhappy -- the substitute is OK.

"I ordered a car charger for my cell phone from AccessoryGeeks.com on August 11th for $10.99. Received the product quickly, but upon trying to use it realized that it was faulty and didn't work. I checked my invoice and their website and realized I needed to request an RMA# to return the product, (at that time I merely wanted an exchange.) After submitting my request and waiting a week I still hadn't received a response so I sent in another request. Again, no response so I t ried a t hird time the following week, with no response. I sent an email directly to their so-called customer service department with no response. I've called twice, once being put on hold so long I finally gave up and the second being told someone would call me back with an RMA#, but again, received no call. At this point all I want is my $10.99 back and they can have their shotty product back. Very frustrating process and I'd certainly never do business with them again."
" I read many negative comments regarding AccessoryGeeks.com before placing my order with them, and was extremely worried that I might get burnt. However, the pricing was excellent, and I was unable to find the cellphone case I was looking for somewhere else at the same price. I therefore went ahead and bought it, choosing the free shipping at check-out. I got two emails within 3 hours one stating that the order was placed, the other one saying that it had already shipped. Within two days I got the case, and it is excellent. My whole experience with AccessoryGeeks.com has been AMAZING, and I will buy from them again in the future. "On May 16, 2006, I ordered a Jabra c250 hands free that is advertised for $14.99, and a hands free converter for samsung SGH model phones. The next day, I received an e-mail informing me that the items had been shipped. On May 19th. I received the converter, but not the hands free. On May 23rd(one week later), I contacted AccessoryGeeks and was told that both items had shipped on the same day and that the postal service was at fault. On May 25th, I was told that the item was actually on back-order when I placed my order, but the item was now in stock and had shipped two days prior to me calling. On May 30th (five days later), I still had not received the product, so I called to cancel the order for the hands free. I talked to Mke, who assured me that he would pass my request to cancel, on the their accouting dept. I asked to speak to someone from the accouting dept., and was denied.
I contacted AccessoryGeeks again on May 31st(next day), and there is no record of my request to cancel the order, nor have I received the remainder of my order. I will have my credit card provider to dispute the charges. I will never do business with AccessoryGeeks again!"
"I ordered my items that were in stock on 4/08/06. Received an email that the items were shipped on 04/10/06. Still have not received the items. Post Office says they do not have the item. The company contacted by email said it was shipped out. Contacted by phone and had a very long wait for customer service. Finally, got a lady who then told me she would need to contact shipping manager and had another long wait of nothing. Called back again and explained my frustration with their service and got the same routine would have to talk to shipping manager. She finally told me they would ship out the items again. Have yet to receive notice they have ship the order out. This has been the most difficult company I have dealt with online. It is easier to get through on Dell or Mircosoft technical support on their peak hours than it is this company."

"Wow...and not in a good way. I also do a lot of online shopping, and this is a first for me. On 1/6/06, I ordered a holster for my XV6700 PDAphone. On 1/9/06, my credit card was charged. After not receiving any shipping confirmation, and no returns to my e-mails, I called. They told me that it was on backorder, even though it said "Shipping within 24 hours" and still says that to this day. It is now 1/13/06, and I have cancelled my order. They better return my money.
EDIT: Oddly enough, after being told that my product was on backorder, and having cancelled my order, the product arrived today(1/19/06) via what was supposed to be USPS Priority. Still won't shop here again, they're obviously pretty incompetant. I think I just lucked out."
"Worst experience ever with an online retailer. I ordered and was charged for a cell phone battery over a month ago, and still haven't got it. They don't answer my e-mails, I have called customer service several times and they say they will get it right out to me. I did receive a defective cell phone case that I ordered on the same day as the battery, (but it covered some of the buttons on the side of my phone, and didn't have a hole for the speaker on the back). I sent the phone cover back over 2 weeks ago and have not had my account credited for this yet. So, as of today I have been charged for a battery and a case, and have nothing to show for it except for a bad attitude and a bunch of frustration."
"I have bought items from a number of Internet companies; AccessoryGeeks is by far the worst company I have dealt with. They are very nice on the phone, but it takes them days to get an order shipped. On 10/26/05 I paid for priority shipping. It took 9 days to get the order to my address and it was not complete, one item missing, (parts for my cell phone). I called the company (customer service) and was told the missing item would be shipped right out. One week later, I got the item and it was for a different phone (wrong part). Today is 11/21/05 and I am still waiting on the rest of my order, almost 4 weeks from when this started. I have talked with them a number of times but it does not do any good. I will not use them again, there are to many other companies that want your business and they work at keeping it. AccessoryGeeks customer service stinks, I would suggest if you are looking for the kinds of items they sell, to deal with a different company, one that will work with you and understands what customer service means. They have never mention to repay for the priority mail which took them 9 days, they seem indifferent as to the customers problem, All AccessoryGeeks says is we will get it out to you? You are supposed to guess when that will happen? If you have a couple extra weeks, like waiting for your stuff, frustration, and dealing with indifferent people then AccessoryGeeks is the place.
Update, 4 weeks and still waiting, they will not return your calls or emails, AccessoryGeeks is a very customer unfriendly company."

"This company is full of crap or some other wastefull substance. I ordered two simple items from this company; 1 Motorola phone tools (CD and data cable) and 1 faceplate for my phone. The order and shipping was in a fairly timely manner.
When a package arrived, it was missing the Phone tools but had a faceplate in it - just not the one I ordered. I called and they quickly responded with telling me they'll be sending another order and it'll take 3-5 days. 5-6 days later no package arrives so I call. They can't confirm the reorder shipped so are resending it. 5-7 days later, still no order so I call again. I have them verify my address and it is still correct in their system. Baffeled, they tell me they will send it again. They shipped it on Friday and I got a package the following Monday. Phone tools and faceplate in this one, however, wrong faceplate again! I called one more time and they said they'll send me the correct faceplate for the 20th time.
Buy from someone else."
