"I don't usually take the time to leave any kind of feedback. But after having some problems with some other recent online purchases and then buying some video game products for my kids from this store, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the order was delivered.

All in all it was a good experience, where they had what I needed and got it to me quickly.

"I found this company on a Google search for telephone installation supplies. I was impressed with their site and the seemingly extensive inventory. They had listed every item I wanted.

I placed an order on 11-05-2004, and thankfully printed out a receipt copy. The receipt copy was annotated across the top claiming... "Error sending recipient "
"Mailbox Unavailable"... implying that my email address was dead, which wasn't the case.... it has always worked fine. I know because it's on my domain on my server. I control it.

My bank paid them on 11-08-2004. Today is 11-18-2004 and I haven't received an email, a phone call from them... nor my order. Checking my account on their site yields that my order is listed as "shipped" but doesn't say when or by which carrier, or list a ship date.

I've sent two emails requesting the status of the my order, and neither was answered. I've tried calling their one listed phone number over thirty-times and get NO answer at all at any time of the day or night... not even an announce-only answering machine message.

It appears that this company is in deep trouble, or is just a flashy web site with little substance behind it. Or possibly a non-stocking small distributor that operates through drop-shipments from the real suppliers, with items ordered only after enough requests for an item are accumulated to get decent pricing in order to profit well.

Though generally, I've had great experiences ordering online from over 600 different wholesale and retail companies.

Whether I receive my "paid for" order or not I'll never order from this merchant again. Odds considered, I dreaded that I would eventually order from one like this or worse.

UPDATE: November 26, 2004
As of today I still have not received my order placed on 11-05-2004, nor has the company responded to my three email inquiries, or answered their phone on any of the seventy-plus times I've tried calling.

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT! This place will test you patience to it's extreme. I placed an order for 2 items on 1-19-2004--the first item to arrive took 2 weeks, and the other item took another week (3 weeks total).

They did not send an order confirmation, and when I finally got someone to respond to me they told me that it was impossible to supply me with a tracking number for my shipment.

Most emails that I sent to them got bounced back because their mailboxes were too full--same story with voicemail.

After 3 weeks of this company hassling me, they charged me an extra $15 dollars for shipping after they had already charged me for shipping on the initial purchase. They conveniently billed this to my credit card without my approval. Mind you, this is after I have waited 3 weeks for my order--they charge me EXTRA shipping charges."

"Just bought a couple of bits of flat coax to hook up my satellite dish. No confirmation email, my emails to their support bounced, but a call confirmed that the items shipped. Shipping cost was as much as the items, and they were small enough to ship in a regular USPS envelope, but whatever. Nobody else carries these things at a reasonable price. They arrived quickly and work fine."
