"I bought a PDA holder through a promotion for $0.99, great deal. That is until I was charged $3.99 instead.

I emailed to cancel but they didn't reply until the day, by the time they replied, they told me it was already ship, that I would have to send it back to them. Figuring it cost shipping to send back and the restocking fee they would charge, I just kept the item.

I wasn't entirely unhappy with the purchase until using the product for a couple of days and it stop working. The PDA holder would not stick for long, fall off the windshield after a couple of minutes even if it's not holding anything.
