"My experience with ACCSTATION has not been good. I was shipped an incorrect item in my order. I ordered a 50 ft component cable, but, I was shipped a 75 ft Cat 5 cable. When I alerted ACCSTATION to the error I was sent an email that indicated that my correct item would not be shipped until I returned the incorrect item. I have no problem with returning the incorrect item and am aware that mistakes can be made, but I feel like ACCSTATION should have shipped the correct item as soon as they were aware of the problem. This in my opinion is POOR customer service. It has now been 10 days since my original order and my correct item has still not been shipped to me."
