"AccuPC had the lowest price on the mini-itx form factor motherboard I was interested in. The item arrived 2 days later in excellent working condition.

The only minor gripe I have is that I did not receive an "order has shipped" email after my "order confirmation" email. I had to login to my AccuPC account and check my order status by hand to figure out if/when it had shipped."

"I ordered a volcano 8 HSF from AccuPC on the 18th of February for a customer with the FedEx Express Saver Shipping selected.

For me this means a maximum of 3 days till I usually receive an item.

Well its been 6 days and I just now get an email telling me the item was out of stock.

It was not out of stock according to their site when I ordered it.

This means I have many days of time lost in building this system thanks to AccuPC.

I will now have to order this from another company and eat the price of the HSF myself since the customer feels that they shouldnt have to pay for late merchandise.

"Ordered my Antec SLK3700AMB Case on Tuesday morning, the case arrived 2 days later on Thursday afternoon. Wow! I was surprised and very pleased since i needed it quickly. I got it for $69.49 with free shipping, the best price on the internet, i did a lot of searching. The UPS guy said he delivered 4 of the same exact cases earlier that day, so i guess the word is out. Thanks AccuPC!"

"I did a search for an item I was going to buy and AccuPC had the best price. I then looked at the ratings at RESELLERRATINGS.com and took the plunge. Item shipped and arrived as described. I intend on purchasing a pricey item next from them!

"I ordered 2 Secure Digital flash-RAM cards from this outfit on a Monday. The acknowledgement email said they needed to confirm my shipping address, which is different from my home address. (Like most of us, I'm not at home during delivery hours. I'm at work, which is my shipping address.) Fine. Other places, such as Dell and newegg.com, have taken up to a few hours to do that, so no big deal. Monday goes by. Nothing. Tuesday goes by. Nothing. I send them an email inquiring about the unusually long delay. No response. Wednesday goes by. Nothing. I send them another email, more emphatic this time. (If they don't move forward on the order within a day, I'm canceling.) No response. Thursday was their last opportunity. No communication from them at all. No status change on my order. I canceled the order and told them I would not do business with them again.

These days of same-day shipping, there is no excuse for such a lax attitude toward your customers. I recommend staying away from AccuPC, based on my experience with them."

"I ordered a Logtech Wingman Rumblepad Gamepad on 2/8/04. I received it on 2/11/04, in perfect shape, in factory sealed box. I received an e-mail saying they received my order, but I never received any saying it shipped. But it got here in 3 days so that didn't matter. I'm quite satisfied with Accupc. "WARNING: Accup's web site lies about items being in stock. I ordered an ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon 9600Pro AGP128MB Retail Box. On AccuPC's web site it said the item was in stock. After I placed my order I got an e-mail saying the item was not in stock, but it would soon be in, in 1-2 days. After 3 days of waiting I called (very difficult to get through), and was told the Item was NOT in stock and they were expecting it next week. I cancelled my order (they were good about that) and I got it in 2 days from another highly rated online store. Accup has wasted my time."
