"Bought an HP 2550 refurbished fuser roller. It arrived in worse shape than the one I was replacing and quickly degraded to be unusable. Unfortunately they required me to send back my original roller quickly or be charged additional money "

"I purchased a maintenance kit online for my HP 4000 n printer. I received it within the week. I was very impressed that it had the special tool included along with gloves. The online instruction were better than the printed included instructions. Printer works as good as new. Thanks, AccuTek!"

"Bought an HP 4250 fuser rebuild. It arrive defective. They charged me shipping to replace it. This is the second fuser I have purchased from them that was defective. Dont do business with this company."

"Bought a fuser for my HP printer that was defective. AccuTek refused to refund my money, or issue me a credit, in spite of me notifying them of the defective fuser and returning the defective fuser within a week. They first claimed I never returned the defective part, so I provided UPS tracking numbers, and they now claim the fuser I returned wasn't the one I purchased.

After two weeks of phone calls and e mails I've had to challenge the charges with my credit card company. I rate their customer service as very poor, and their agressive attitude in adressing me has inspired me to write this, my first negative review of any company.

"You did a great job at about half the price of others that I found on line. When I asked why, you answered my qeustions, then walked me through the ordering process.

Two days later I had the right part, I fixed my printer, and life was good. In short: The right part, right on time at the right price. Thanks

"Item listed as in stock - placed order online - urgently needed part. Received e-mail out of stock 5 hours later, after leaving work for day. Had paid rush FedEx delivery. Following day yesterday was advisd item would ship for early delivery today. Still not recieved."

"Staff was helpful and agreed to arrange will call pickup. Claimed that remanufactured product should have nearly the life of a new item (200K pages, regardless of only a 90 day warranty). Item failed at 6 months, less than 50K pages. Contacted to offer chance to stand by their initial reliability claim and offer a more reliable replacement or a partial refund, they chose not to."
