"I ordered the first time from NextDayPower.com without knowing what the BRAND was. They sent me a CWK battery with 5200mAh capacity which last one hour on my Asus 2Gp. (the OEM battery will run for just less than 30-minutes after being discharged and charged for 10-years)
I told NextDayPower that 1-hour was not worth then $50 I paid for the battery, so they let me return it and refunded my money.
I next ordered from 800PC.com the same capacity battery and they sent me a CWK battery, even though I had sent an email asking what brand they sold (they said it was THEIR brand name) and that I did NOT want a CWK battery or Superb Choice or the third marketing name that CWK markets its batteries under. I wanted a battery brand that would get me back to the 2-hour runtime of the original ASUS battery. By the way, 800PC's website says that their batteries have 120% battery life and that a 6-8 cell battery should last from 4-6 hours. See below:
This is the reply from my email: "This is our own brand name, not CWK. Our products come with an 18 month warranty"

18 month warranty, 30 day money back & 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, 100,000+ happy customers!
#1 laptop battery life in industry. 700-800 full charges & discharges. 20%+ more than industry average in tests.
Average run-time: 4-6 hours (6 or 8 cells, 4400-5200mAh), 6-8 hours (9 or 12 cells, 6600-8800mAh).
Seeing that this is the EXACT same battery sold by both companies, I cannot see how one is better than the other: it's just a marketing ploy.
The runtime for the CWK from 800PC.com was 1-hour 17-minutes...only 25% of the ADVERTISED runtime.
Both companies shipped FROM Blaine, Washington and returns were to the same address: PortalDeals (Blaine Washington is only blocks from the Canadian border and British Columbia)"
"I ordered two batteries from CWK Tech through Amazon and was shipped laptop batteries that were not even close to what I ordered plus I was over charged by $20.00 per battery. Contacted Amazon who advised I had to deal with seller. Sent CWK Tech several emails with very vague replies. I checked into company and found they are actually Ace battery in Surrey, BC as addresses matched there return address listed. CWK Tech did not exist anywhere I looked so I looked up laptop battery sellers Surrey, BC and Ace Battery came up matching address. After one month of sending emails and wanting correct laptop batteries all I got was my money back which does not help my daughters who need them as they are in college with little plugs in class rooms. I bought my youngest daughter Ipad which she uses daily now and is easier to transport. I found another company on Amazon who actually answered my questions before ordering and have tried again, this time one battery at a time. Be careful ordering from CWK tech (Ace Battery) on Amazon they have good reviews because when I posted bad review they refused to talk to me until I removed and once you remove review from Amazon you can never post again. Not very fair and easy way for companies to have good reviews which are not true."
