"This company is the epitome of disgust. Their images are inaccurate. If you even get the product, the color is a good chance, going to be incorrect and he blames it on the maker. The 'manager' is very rude and has no intention of resolving any issue. He says 'return' but you won't get any reply or credit. How can these types of creeps stay in business and why do the 'authorities' allow it to continue. sick of it.

" I was quite excited to order my wig as it was very light highlighted blonde, with nice waves—Very similar to my color which is a pale wheat. Because I am experiencing hair loss and health issues I wanted a wig that wouldn’t be obvious to others that I was wearing one, and thereby advertise my failing health. The wig I was sent was a medium brown—“pecan” by their color charts. After many attempts I got someone to confirm by photos and email that indeed the color on the website was a far cry from the actual color. The customer service rep stated “they must have had a really bright light when they took that photo.”. But in spite of that, they refused to honor their policy to replace wigs that were not as advertised. They charged me an exchange fee of $30 (the wig cost $130 plus $10 shippping). Plus I had to pay shipping of $10 in both directions and wait a month for replacement—so they added another $50 to the cost of my wig—no longer a good deal at all.
During that time they did not answer any emails or return any telephone calls. I finally got an email when they wanted more money for the exchange and shipping.
By the way, IF you are still tempted to order from this website, I cannot recommend ordering any “wavy” wigs from this site, either. During the wait, I read all the reviews and none of the wavy wigs met with expectations. Like mine, they were almost straight in places and all customer posted photos were really unattractive. There are many other sites, and people seem to like several of them alot."
"I was looking on line for my favorite wig and saw it for sale at Acewigs.com. It was about 65% lower than its average retail price from other online wig dealers. It was an inventory reduction in the color of my choice so I promptly ordered it. After ordering I began reading reviews of the company. I admit I was nervous after reading a lot of negative reviews but I hoped for the best. Quickly after ordering I received an email saying that they were awaiting payment. I was immediately leary as Id just paid via paypal so I called the Company. The man who answered was on the ball. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Turns out it was my error in payment not theirs. Once that was squared away I quickly received an e mail that my order was being processed. I ordered very close to closing time so I was pleased with that. The following morning I got an e mail saying the wig was shipped. I received my wig the day after the morning it was shipped so it took less than 48 hours to arrive from the time I ordered it!! I received a brand new Cory by Noriko in my favorite color Cappacino. My experience as a first time customer was great. I couldnt be more pleased. Dont be scared away by other reviews!! Great prices great service from Acewigs.com! Ive already ordered another wig from them that is proceeding just as quickly and efficiently as my first order!

"I purchased the Stevie Wig from Ace Wigs for $174.00 in August of 2015. It took more than 2
weeks to receive it when it was only 1 state away! When it arrived the bangs were all bent and
out of shape and it smelled something awful. I felt as if I got a wig that had already been
used! Gross!!!
I contacted the company and they said they'd exchange it so I paid another $10 to ship it back.
2 weeks later they sent me the same wig I just paid to return stating that it had been used!!!
I will never shop here again. I just lost $185! This company shouldn't be in business and I'll
make sure and write complaints all over the internet so that this doesn't happen to someone
else."
