"I have been purchasing camera equipment for a few years now both mail order and over the internet. Never in my years of purchasing, have I come across a company with such low prices and with such incredible customer service. Seriously, these guys have got their act together.
My order was through cnet and consisted of two limited edition lenses. After placeing the order, I noticed that there was an offer that included other items that I would need as well. When I called acesclub, they were still recovering from a computer virus. My customer service rep (mike wallace) was unbelievably friendly and allowed me to change my order and allowed me to add an additional item. The phone call was extremely personable and was not a pitch for more add on items. After I got off the phone with mike, I knew I would order from them again.
A few days later, a huge box was waiting for me when I got home. Everything was there, as promised, without substitution or excuses. The lenses showed up before my camera did (which I ordered from somewhere else a week before my order with acesclub.
The best part of this experience was not the fact that the service was top notch, the price was exceptional, or that the delivery time was lightning fast. It was the fact that this company could deliver on all three of these aspects seamlessly. There is no doubt in my mind that I will use these guys again. If you have been on the receiving end of poor customer service and shoddy online practices in the past, acesclub is a fresh breath of air.

The above was filled out when the saleman was filling order. Now I after the sale I can say that I was misinformed about the battery life and was pushed into buying what I was told to be a long life battery but turned out to be exactly what was in the camera. Then I was sold a 256K memory card for $129.00 when everywhere on the internet they are no more than $55.00. The battery and charger was $149.00 tooo much... Buyers beware. They camera price was low but they made up for this cost in accessories."

"I don't even know where to begin, the experience I had with AcesClub was horrid. Extremely unprofesisonal and rude customer service. They e-mailed me to call and verify the order, and after doing so I waited a week for the order to be processed and it turned out I had to call again to verify (apparantly nobody entered the first veryfication into the "system"). Not to mentioned that both times I called I was lied to about the very short battery life span and pressured into buying accessories. The biggest turn off though is the price change from estimated $633 to $731 by the end of the transaction. When I called and asked about that, I was told that it is because of the $75 mail in discount. There was no indication of that on the web site, and when I confronted the customer service rep Tom he started screaming that I should look again because it is there and hung up. It turns out that they had a link to sony's web site where Sony was selling the product for $100 more with a $75 mail in rebate. VERY UPSETTING, i had waited almost three weeks before I received my product, and I hope this will help you STAY AWAY FROM THOSE LOW CLASS AMATURES."
"Ordered Olympus C-750 digital camera Friday evening to be delivered next day. Was frustrated to receive email on Tuesday requesting purchase verification. OK, so a little extra protection for the consumer is worth the inconvenience. Called their verification department right away. Was disconnected after being on hold for 20 minutes. Called again, waited on hold for 7 minutes, spoke briefly with a man who put me back on hold for another 7 minutes. He was obviously very busy -- I was frustrated and said something about the process being a hassle. He became very defensive and agitated particularly when he found out I didn't know the previous day was Yom Kippur. Sorry, I'm not Jewish. In short he was what the rest of the country would consider a typical New Yorker. Cancelled the order at his obnoxious request."
