"Deceptive product reviews and poor service. I ordered Blueair 601 Air filters from AchooAllergy.com. The filters STANK and the off-gassing caused my son and I to have problems breathing. I reviewed the product, giving it a poor score and advised people to purchase the Austin Air Filter instead which we've had no problems with. They did not place the review online (where there were only good reviews of the product). I emailed them, asking why they wouldn't post my review and mentioned that we had been airing out the filters now for weeks and they still stand and caused breathing problems. No answer.

I spent a tremendous amount of money at their store and this is how they treat a customer? I'm not spending another cent there!! As for the filters? We've been running them now for a month in a closed room with window open and they are STILL unusable."
