The guy on number 1-***-***-**** said he is not able to get to my order status and I should contact my bank and ask them to give me $118 I paid. This is ridiculous. Never buy anything from this SCAM! "I have ordered from Aclepsa a few time before and have had problems with about 25% of my orders. After fustrating contacts with customer servive, I always received another shipment or a refund. My last order is apparently lost or seized by U.S. Customs. After trying to contact Aclepsa for a weeks, I have found they have removed the ability to email customer service, cleared the order history from their website data base and no longer answer their customer service phone line. Aclepsa is apparently attempting to collect as much money as possible without providing any customer service until forced to shut down because of the fraud complaints filed with Visa."
"This company is fraudulant and a scam. They will take your credit card number, send an email indicating that your order has shipped but it will never arrive. I called for weeks and they kept saying that it would arrive any day. Then my account information was no longer accessible on their site and their toll free number contained a couple of dead ends and no way to speak with someone. I am not sure why authorities cannot shut them down."

"I made the big mistake of placing an order from Aclepsa before I checked for reviews. I placed the order on July 7, it is now Aug. 18th and no order. I too have been given their apologies, and their assurance of a reship, and still have received nothing, I have tried to call to no avail, at this point I have requested a refund, but I really don't expect to receive that either. "I placed an order on June 12, 2007. It is now Aug. 10, 2007 and they claim to have shipped the order 3 times. The first order I placed with them last year came in about 2 weeks. When they get a complaint like this they offer you ["Due to the inconveniences caused by the delivery delay, we have marked you to receive 50% bonus pill offer on top of your next order with us."] They answer your e-mail promptly and politely but all that doesn't matter when your out $210.00.
