"Purchased a reconditioned Ego Lawn mower which was $90 less than a new one and included shipping. Acme sent multiple emails confirming my online order, sending an invoice, confirming the order was received by Acme and when it would be shipped, notifying when it was shipped, etc. It was nice to be kept informed although was probably 1 or 2 too many emails. It arrived within 5 days of the order which was fast and looked almost brand new. I started it to make sure it ran properly but have not used it to cut grass yet as it is still early Spring and my grass has not yet started to grow. "

"I like ACME. They usually have the best price but after you add the handling charges they are no better or worse than anyone else. If shipping and handling was included in their price then I would have to give them 5 stars. I would also probably never spend my money anywhere else if they had what I intended to purchase. I did have one problem with my last order but it was not ACME's fault. The damage occurred in shipping and ACME helped to resolve the issue. "I checked prices for what I wanted at 4 different websites and locally. Acme had the lowest price and the items were available. The website itself is pretty basic, no wonderful or nasty surprises. Shipping took a couple days longer than estimated but I suppose that isn't Acme's fault but rather the shipping company. As for Acme, they shipped reasonably quickly."
