"Went to the store at 9:30 am the tool I was looking for was “ out of stock”. I was told by the salesperson that the last one was sold 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I went home and ordered it online. Got a text 20 minutes later that my order was ready to pickup. Went back to the store and the same salesperson finalized the sale and when I asked about why he told me he sold the last one, I was told that they unloaded 4 semi’s that morning and maybe it was on one of them. Unload 4 semi’s, inventory and notify people that their order is ready in a total of 2 hours, I don’t think so"

"I was in the market to upgrade all my old Ni-Cad powered 18V tools. ACME Tools had what I wanted, with great prices. What I liked was that the tools were shipped very quickly, with all tools packed inside another box. This adds another small layer of security to the contents of the box, and helps protect the original packaging. Just need to be a little more liberal with the packing tape along the lips of the box flaps.
I received everything I ordered quickly, with no surprises, and even had follow-up emails through the whole process. It boosted my confidence in ACME Tools, seeing as how I had never ordered from them before.

"Great selection of new and refurbished tools (Milwaukee being my favorite). Sales are impressive and delivery for the most part is very speedy when items are in stock. Free shipping orders of $199 is nice when buying power tools. I would suggest lowering that number to $149 for accessories and hand tools as that's a high number when not needing something big to go with it.
