"Box came a bit beat up but no damage to the tool. The saws been working well but when I stored it it leaked, I then stored it on its side, bar up, and that seemed to slow the leakage. "

"I recently ordered a new gas leaf blower for my personal use. After some searching online I discovered Acme Tools had a great price on the blower compared to my local big box home store. I placed the order on a Monday afternoon and received excellent email communication from Acme as to the status of my order. The leaf blower arrived at my house 2 days later (quick shipping!), and I was pleased to see that the regular blower manufacturer's box was placed inside of another box with good packing material surrounding it. Some places might just slap a label on the manufacturer's box and ship it out like that, which might be OK, but could also result in a damaged product. So I appreciated the extra protection that the second box provided. Overall an excellent purchasing experience, and I will be back for future purchases I'm sure."

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the box didn't do well on its trip, but we are happy the chain saw made it safe! As for the annoying leak, we checked with the manufacturer. For storage, they recommend laying the chainsaw on its side with the oil port facing up. This should prevent any leaks.
