I placed my order on 2-04-2017 and never received an order status or update. I called and emailed and received NO response. It was only when I reached out for buying a new product that I received a prompt response.

"There is the true definition of a SCAM here. Eric made sure that my payment was processed then decided to ignore all email and phone contacts. Before my payment was processed he wasn't the best at responding but managed to do so anyways.

To summarize, I received no merchandise ordered. I placed my order twice and 4 months later found out it was never shipped.

Don't order from Acoustic PC because they will take your money and give you nothing in return."

"The fans in my order would not operate on their low setting. Eric made repeated verbal and four written offers misrepresenting that Acoustic PC would issue a return material authorization (RMA)if desired. I made repeated requests for an RMA. Instead, all I got was protracted and piecemeal troubleshooting efforts. When finally pressed for the RMA, Eric informed me that I was now outside of their 30 day return policy and ineligible despite what he had repeatedly said and written."

"Just wanted to share the wonderful buying experience I just had with AcousticPC. I ordered a Zalman Case, a Seasonic PSU and a Notcua cooler. The Case and PSU arrived promptly.
