"This is my first and only experience ordering from Acoustic Sounds. It may be my last. I place an order on a Thursday. I paid for Fed-Ex shipping that was supposed to arrive on Monday. I live in a neighboring state. Most of Monday goes by and I receive nothing. There was no way I could track the shipment on Acoustic Sound's confirmation email. At the end of the day on Monday, I get an email indicating that my order was not shipped until today, Monday, and is expected to arrive on Wednesday. This is subpar service. Come on! You can do better. "

"High prices on used vinyl and grading is not accurate. You will pay too much for the record and then the condition will be worse than stated.
Special edition ''Quality record pressings'' are expensive and not really anything special. The jackets are made of high quality materials but there is a sort of home made cheapness to the product. I own several of these records and in my experience the sound is never as good as an original pressing.
The only positive aspect of this company is that they use a very sturdy record mailer. The problem is they charge you every penny for it with their high (non-refundable) shipping fee. Additionally the mailer does nothing to prevent seam splits and the regularly ship used records inside the jacket. I actually find that a standard mighty mailer is better than the acoustic sounds mailer because it creates some pressure on the edges of the LP that helps to prevent splits.
Order processing and returns take forever. Weeks.
Some of the people working at acoustic sounds are very arrogant and they do not value your business at all. There are too many better places to buy vinyl. Not recommended."

"I've ordered a lot of things in my lifetime and this company is the absolute worst. My orders have been "In process" for weeks now which is completely unacceptable. Their customer service people have more excuses than anyone on record, no pun intended. I've learned that they don't care how much time they take to fill and ship an order. I will NEVER make this mistake again and from now on I will order from Music Direct because they know how to conduct business in an efficient and professional manner. Do not under any circumstances place an order with this awful company because they don't deserve your business. Why make Chad Kassem richer when he doesn't give a crap about you as a customer??? "

"Placed a first time order using a Rewards Card as payment. Responded to merchant's email to confirm shipping address the same day of the order. Confirmed address a second time the following month. Still no merchandise. Called a third time and was told order was canceled because I never called to confirm my shipping address. The Rewards Card I used as since expired. Absolute thieves!"

"Great vinyl selection but they ship using media mail as the default shipping method which is how I envision mail in the 1880's to have been. I placed an order and it took almost a week before I even received any time of tracking info. Almost another week later, the package has been stuck in the same location for 3 days and it is not being delivered on the day the tracking indicated. This is more of a reflection on the USPS rather than this vendor, but perhaps the base level shipping option should not be media mail. Just charge just a couple of extra dollars for a different shipping method so that it arrives in under a week. Still allow the 2-day priority at a premium charge, but waiting 14 days and counting is ridiculous in the year 2020.

"I ordered six 45rpm vinyls for almost 400$ + 90$ shipping + 100$ tax and duty.
Four of them were dirty and damaged. All vinyls were in non original sleeves.

Their customer service is terrible.

"Be aware international buyers! AcousticSounds.com is not one of the great ones, like Amazon or any other serious company focused to its clients. You know the rule, customer always is right.

I placed an order with only a condition: to state low package value for custom duties. If not possible, cancel it. Simple as this.

They chated me saying so, just to cash in another sale. I ended up paying a huge fine.

I contacted them, stating it was not my fault. They did not follow my instructions (during my purchase order and a second reminder directly to their international staff)

They are not one of the big leagues at all. They did not even reconsidered their decision after sending them enough proofs of faith and fact (communications and receipts)

A waste of time to me. But another profit for them. They should not sell abroad.

Avoide them. You can find their stuff somewhere else, more professional, for sure.

"buyers beware! when you use their free ship order during the check out process, it will tell you that the code is accepted. the total includes the shipping charge but it will say that the total does not include shipping discount, and that the discount will apply before the card is charged. turns out it only applies to LPs and CDs. and you would only know this unless you click on the top banner which takes you away from the order screen."

I've used them on a few other times and they are a great online resource for Super Audio CD's. As a side note the Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here is a tremendous audio disk."
