Do Not Purchace From Action Village!!

"Customer will send damaged and outdated items then charge you to send the item back to them. I've yet to receive any kind of reimbursement."

Dishonest customer service. This companies all about profit.

"Ordered kids paintball gun, with soft foam balls. We have 0 paintballers, only want to play with reusable foam, less mess.
Get a call from their customer service telling me the valken foam balls are out of stock.
Can he replace them with cheap purple chinese knock-offs with low consistency? Were these way cheaper??
No. Refund my order please.
Called back later when when only the foam balls were refunded.
Asked to cancel because I have no need for kid's paintball gun without the ammo.
Another customer service with poor honesty tells me they're shipping so they cant grab the box and open it. The label wasn't even scheduled online yet nor emailed to me.
He tells me I can return it.
Surprise, 15% restocking fee for returning.
This companies all about profit.

Never Received My Products or a Refund

"I would never recommend Action Village to anyone. I ordered three items and never received them or a refund. I needed them for an important event and ordered them around a month before I needed them. I called to ask the shipping company why they were not delivered. They told me I had to talk to someone at the store. Someone at Action Village said that I could file a claim, but it most likely wouldn’t work. He acted as if it was my fault for using the cheapest shipping option. He said my “resolution” option was to order the same products again and they would expedite ship them to me. He acted like it was so kind of them to pay for the expedited shipping even though I would be paying double for six items and only receiving three. That is not a resolution. I refused to pay them anymore of my money. I never received my order and never got a refund. They should have given me one of the two and made it right. This was extremely upsetting. Thank goodness Amazon came through with good products that arrived on time. This company is so unprofessional and does not care about their customers whatsoever."

They stole a piece of my product

"I had ordered a remote line with an On/Off relief valve and guess what. The package that held the line was opened because the tape was cut and the pieces of the line were strewn in its packaging not even connected, and missing the On/Off relief valve. When i told them that I wanted to do an exchange the first lady told me that I would have to pay money, thinking it was a scam I called again. This time they refused to do a return or exchange, thinking that person was just being a **** (Because I have been through this **** before) I called again, 4 more times to be precise, and each time they refused to help me. **** this company never buying from them again. Stole a piece to my item and refused to help. Not to mention the fact that their customer service department are rude and tried to scam me out of a few bucks."

"Customer service is horrible, its sad the lack of intelligence their employees have. I ordered a size 14 DVS and i recieved size 8 DC, upon calling to report the problem they told me i need to prove that they made an error before they will send me a return shipping label, employees attitudes were poor. And the manager was clearly not manager material, due to the fact he was to much of a coward to even get on the phone."

"I returned a shirt to exchange for a larger size. After 10 days of waiting to hear from i called in to customer service, who said it take 5 to 7 days from receiving item to process, i gave them 3 more days and finally got an email for a refund of a percentage of item rather than the larger size as expected. their customer service said i had to take that refund and manually go back into site and reorder. When i looked into doing this the item is now increased in price %50! I was then told they would offer a further gift certificate to cover the increase and it would be sent by email in 5 minutes.

A day later still no response i again called and was told now they would put order for me and i had to pay a further shipping and handling charge. Or they would refund me with a 15 percent restocking fee!

"Ordered a complete bike on Friday morning when the store opened. The money cleared my bank that same day. Here it is Tuesday afternoon and they still havent boxed and shipped my order. Ive called yesterday and today. Both times the customer service specialist has said it was shipping today and i should get an email with tracking instructions. 3 business days so far and still no email. Im calling again tonight before they close. Ridiculous. "

"If all of my products that I had ordered worked, I would have been satisfied. If you have to return an order, they will screw you over. I've never had a worst experience trying to receive a refund than I had with Action Village.com. I had sent back an 8in Lapco Apex Ready A5 barrel, an apex tip, and a double trigger. They denied my apex tip and barrel because of scratches that were received when I had gotten the barrel through the shipping process the first time and the shipping process back the second time and then to see if the barrel and apex tip would fit, I had to install the apex tip onto the barrel, so they used that as another excuse not to accept the tip (due to marks of installation) and then oil residue on the threads of the barrel (which is naturally on the threads of your gun). The double trigger had been accepted, but it doesn't matter because the in store credit I receive from that will pay for them shipping the useless items back to me."

"My son saw a jacket that he loved on the Action Village website. It was the only thing he wanted for Christmas. We ordered with a credit card and AV sent an order confirmation. Every day my son checked the front porch over and over for his package. Nothing. Finally on the 10th day, I called to see why we still had not received the jacket. After a lengthy wait on hold, I was informed that they had not been able to find the jacket. Confused, I asked, It was lost in shipping? No, they told me, they could not find one in the warehouse. The order was never fulfilled or sent. I was stunned! No apologetic email so I could find another gift? No phone call? When were they planning to tell me? The gal on the phone was sweet and asked her supervisor (at my request) if there was anything they could do for us. The supervisor said they could refund our money. Well, of course! Otherwise the legal term is theft. But no $10 credit or anything in goodwill and hopes of retaining us as customers? Nothing? Really? Then to add insult to injury, we received an automated email from the company on the 11th day, making sure we received our order. Why, no, we did not. Extremely disappointed with Action Village, and sad that their reputation seems to matter little to them."

"Beware of Action Village, I've ordered several times since they have a pretty good selection of BMX parts, but each and every time the order was sent to the wrong address even though I called them several times about the issue and even adding my correct address in the comments for orders every time.

I recently had to return one of the items I ordered from them, got a return authorization number, sent it back, waited, called them and now there's absolutely no response on their customer service line(***-***-****)...

"I had 2 transactions with action Village. the first one gave me issues with my tracking number and in my account it was telling me that my item won't be shipped till weeks from the purchase date. I called in few days after i placed the order and customer service was nice and told me that they were upgrading there system and it was nothing to worry, he then went out of his way to get the tracking numbe for me and check the status of my order, i got my order a week after i placed my order, pretty quick from the States to Canada. My second transaction took 3 business days"
