"i get an email stating that all parts were not in box and NO refund could be given, so i call them / keep in mind ,the email they sent me has NO contact name or phone number to discuss issue. So i looked them up and contacted them . Customer service was very rude and would NOT return my item, father in law tried it once and they told me it was severely worn - NEVER WORN - didnt fit by the way- very odd. Then customer service changed the subject and said i didnt return it correctly by their policy standards and again extremely rude.My experience with this company was terrible from start to finish. Would NOT recommend anybody using this company . Very sad"

"I placed an order on line for 2 items that "were in stock" on 3/03/3030, about a week later after not hearing a thing, I ended up ending 2 emails requesting the status of my orders, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Today 3/12/20 I receive a notice stating one of the items is back ordered, it took them that long to realize they did not have the stock? And they do not respond to emails. Stay away, spend your money with a company that at least acts as though they appreciate your business. "

"I purchased a seat & bracket for my Stand & Ride Scooter from the Active Forever website. I received a email right away confirming the purchase which was on a Saturday. I found this site after I’d already made the purchase and was a little nervous since there were such terrible reviews and experiences. I emailed their customer service and asked when I could expect shipping information. I didn’t get a reply. I then called several times and couldn’t get an answer, just sent me to a voice mail. I tried the next day and got an answer, spoke with the woman, gave her my information and she told me she would email me when she found out more from the supplier. She did email me back within 15 mins with all tracking info and the seat had already shipped. From the time I ordered to when I received, it took 5 business days. I was happy with my purchase and really didn’t have any trouble with this company. "
"I placed my order for a new peak flow meter, and didn't get so much as an email confirmation of any kind. Worse over, they don't answer the phone when you call, want you to leave a voice mail, and they don't call back. They literally steal customer's money and never ship a thing. Thankfully my bank reversed the charge, so I got my money back since they never even acknowledged my order after they took my payment. "
"Ordered a wrist gel brace for recovery from carpal tunnel surgery. Should have received it with in 3-6 days. Called customer service after not receiving it 10 days later and was told they had to check on it and call me back. No one called back. Called them again the next day and said it shipped yesterday but I wouldn't get it for 5 more days .... Funny they couldn't see that yesterday! It will be 3 weeks after surgery and way too late to get the benefit out of it. I needed it when it was actually supposed to be here!"
"I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered the wrong item because it was not worded properly on their website. After receiving it I asked to return it. I was told that I would be charged for shipping both ways. I was also told that If I had looked at all the items they sold I would have noticed that the correct item cost more and since it was strictly my fault they wouldn't do anything for me. She said I should just keep the wrong product and order the right one. I asked them to please talk to a supervisor to ask if they could waive some of the shipping cost. I never received a response. That is just poor customer service. I also found the same exact product for less on several other websites, so do your homework before ordering from them. I wish I did."

"After placing an order I was sent an email by the company stating my item will be in back order. But at the time when I paid for my item, the site showed 5 in stock. Three weeks have gone by and I still did not get any shipping info. I emailed them and did not get any response. I called them and was told that my item will be shipped out in May (my order was placed on March 1st). This was supposed to be a gift for my Dad and it was way past overdue. "I placed 2 orders with this company last week, to use a promotional code they offered for $10 off any purchase over $10. This morning I received 2 emails stating that both of my orders were cancelled, with no explanation given. The entire body of the message read: "Your order from ActiveForever.com with order number XXXXXX has been canceled. " Note that did they not only cancel my order without reason, they can't even properly spell the word cancelled. Very shady and dishonest business practices!
