"I ordered a jacket and a pair of board pants and it took them 3 days to process the order, I finally decided it wasn't worth waiting 2 weeks to save $5 on the jacket, so I called them to cancel my order. The person I spoke to on the phone told me my order was successfully canceled, and I went on believing it for a day, the next day I checked my order status, and it was STILL active, and still, had not even been fully processed(after 4 days) So I called them again, and had them cancel my order, and they canceled it again, which lead me to believe they never canceled it the first time. I waited 7 hours, and the order still said active, and the charge was still on my credit card the following week. I had to call my bank and make them sort it out, it took an additional 3 business days to finally get re-credited.

They certainly have cheap prices, but their customer service is horrible. I will not be doing business with them again any time soon."

"Having ordered 3 pairs of pants of the same size, I thought I would get 3 pairs of pants of the same size. Well, the designers made no attempt to actually size their merchandise in a standard way, and Active Mailorder failed miserably (as the seller) to make me (the customer) aware of this issue. Upon trying to make a return, the "customerr service" was lousy and treated me as if I were trying to scam them. I just wanted some pants that fit, but they weren't willing to help me out at all. I will NEVER order from them again. They were rude and unresponsive, and seemed only in keeping the $150 dollars of that single purchase, rather than assuring my return to spend $1k/yr. They have no understanding of what customer satisfaction means, and ecommerce is about bith winning and RETAINING customers. One cannot trust these small no name companies to stay in business if/when dealing n this manner."
