"False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service

At the top of their web page they have a big ad that says "Free Shipping and Returns" it has a link to get more details. If you click the link it has no further information on returning products. On a separate returns page they indicate that they will pay for return shipping for faulty merchandise, but do not address any other scenario i.e. shoes don't fit/ just don't like them. So when I got a pair of shoes that I didn't end up liking, I emailed to ask them how to return them. They told me that I could return them, but I had to pay for the shipping. After several emails back and forth asking them to show me where this policy can be found on their website, it became clear that it was not on their website. This is clearly a bait and switch and false advertising. Had they not advertised free return shipping, I would not have purchased from them. "
