"Needed a couple parts for my 1G TSX, and they almost always still have them. These seemed to have a slight issue in shipping as the USPS tracker reset to simply "picked up" at the day they were originally scheduled to be delivered, but with just one query to them about it, they let me know they put a track on it, and whatever happened, my parts arrived a few days later. Knowing they were on top of it in case they were lost, and would reissue the parts if needed, was awesome."

"I bought $500 dollars worth of parts. Since I no longer needed and sold the car I asked for a RMA return. The paper from the RMA info said, do not open the box or you won't get refunded. However, I was let me call customer service because how am I going to put the paper inside ? I was told it's ok. I can open it and put the RMA return paper inside. Now, they are telling me I can't be refunded because the package has been opened. Horrible customer service with terrible workers with bad attitude. Stay away! "
