"The tea is good. But don't bother contacting customer service if your package is delayed. Our order has been "on the way" three weeks (they estimated 2-4 days). It is clear from the tracking that something went wrong, but customer service responded by telling us that this is all normal and that if we wanted it in a timely manner we should have paid for expedited shipping. Even when FedEx admits that something is wrong.
At this point, we will be returning and ordering from a company that takes things like this seriously and actually tries to help their customers."
