My **** is as big as the cushion and it does not support anything the handles are very cheap plastic and if you ride it too hard the handles will start to come a loose. "The items from this retailer are made very cheaply. The items arrived in a padded shipping envelope. This did not protect any of the items. I received some damaged merchandise two days ago and immediately contacted customer service. They said within 24 hours I would have a prepaid postage label to return. It has been two days, and I still have not received the label. I have had numerous email correspondence with customer service. The customer service department has not been helpful in trying to track down this label or if it has even been sent. I do all my purchasing online, this has been the worst experience I've ever encountered when ordering online. I will never order from this company again. I'm really anxious to see how long it will take them to return my money. I am about ready to return the items at my cost and dispute the entire transaction. Iron Age other Shoppers to look at other options before ordering. I have found that Amazon carries a lot of similar items, from different retailers for about the same price."
