"Great customer service. i ordered a 5-outlet surge protection strip with european outlets at a great price and realized that same day that it was not i wanted. i emailed the company at 8:30PM as follows:

"i apologize for the error. i need to CANCEL my order. Please let me know what to do to cancel it. thank you and once again i apologize for the mixup."

i was expecting to pay some cancellation fee as i read in their poloicy. To my surprise, this is the answer i got from Helen Grant at 9:15AM the very next day.

"Your order has been cancelled. Please note that we normally charge a 3% cancellation fee but I waived it this time. Have a great trip!!"

How do you like that........ i have never done business with them before and they let me slide. that's what i call superb customer service.
