Yes tulle skirt with sequins tulle mid layer and inner lining of satin. It feels so soft against my skin! The lace appliques are done elegantly around the waist, shoulder neckline. "One of the thing I did not like it came up wrinkled because of tight branded bag. From the other hand a little bit of steaming turn it back to the look I was hoping for. I ordered a dress with corsage and it looks ABSOLUTELY great! I love it. I am only 5 feet and 1 inches tall and I was not sure that the dress will fits, but it is gorgeous and as I ordered in Champagne color. I need to make few small adjustments like the shoulders needed to be taken up, a couple of darts in the bust otherwise perfect. The material is of a very high quality with a light weight of satin used. The buttons up the back adds a little touch of class and looks great.
