"I'm a bit skeptical about this company. They have great prices - however I ran into an issue trying to order. The diamond I was interested in didn't have a GIA certificate as stated. I tried requesting one and no one from the company ever responded. I trying looking it up on the GIA website via the certificate number and it didn't exist. I also noticed that when I picked out random diamonds and checked the GIA website against the certificate stats, I came back with different statistics in many instances. This is either very sloppy human error on their part or something worse. This coupled with my bad customer service experience - I wouldn't recommend them."
