"Was concerned because of all the negative reviews ordered a new pair of training shoes when package said delivered but I hadn’t received it . I called customer service . They immediately reissued the order and 4 days later they arrived . Not sure why others have had such problems but multiple missed orders will Raise a red flag with most carriers and I online customers "
"Ordered a mens track suit at the store via the website on 11/15/21. ( the store manager's suggestion) Was registered for their club or whatever it is without my permission then was not allowed to use the 15% off. Smh. Received the confirmation e-mail that said the item was being packed 11/16 and the money was withdrawn. It's 11/24& I get the same message, "your items is being packed" since 11/16/21. Contacted customer service smh. Absolutely useless! Told my item is on back-order. No ETA!
No compassion. No care at all. Then I was told I could cancel my order. Really? You don't say! This was a birthday present that will not make it. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. This sounds illegal to me...Never again!"
"I contacted adidas when my package was never delivered. I jumped through all their hoops. I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on with my issue. Told them that fedex never delivered or even drove down my street. That I had a door bell camera to prove it. But because FedEx said that they delivered it I must be lying. "
"On the 3rd time using the new shoes the whole side ripped open, they supposedly had a 1 year warranty but Adidas is claiming 6 months now,
even worse they only give you a gift card (that can only be used here) for the amount you paid for the shoe (minus taxes shipping ..etc),
well I got mine on sale (plus store credit..etc) so it means I couldn't even replace them without paying Adidas another $50+ what a rip off.
Horrible company and terrible shoe quality.
I will never purchase another Adidas product again,
Buyer Beware"
"Adidas is one of the worst companies to order on line.
We ordered for last Christmas a present for the whole family and our order never made it home. No Christmas presents last year! Thanks to Adidas!
We are still disputing the issue over the phone and chatting, but they claimed that after you ordered from them they are not longer responsible for your items! It’s up to the carrier after that. The carrier was Fedex which never made the delivery to my house. But they said it was delivered. But not to my house.
I have video proof of non deliveries made, but none of them takes videos.
So my advice try not to order online from Adidas.
Personally I buy a lot from there, cause I’m a P. E teacher and a coach and I use it a lot!
But after all this frustrating months I think I will just start buying Puma or Nike
Bye bye Adidas!
Worst customer service, and public relations I have ever seen !"
"I ordered two pairs of sneakers for my kids on Nov 30, 2020, thinking I had plenty of time before Xmas.
Six weeks later Adidas is still providing excuses and contradictory information. Incredibly, when I login to their website they have the gaul to meet me with a message saying the package was delivered. Yet on the same site if I click through to the tracking information I'm told the package is at Pitt Bowes in NJ since Dec 19th. The USPS tracking info also provided says that USPS is still awaiting receipt of package from shipper.
I've called or chatted with Adidas support 6 or 7 times! On 3 or 4 of those occasions the agent claimed they would 'escalate' the investigation, but then nothing happens until I reach them again. Two or three times the agent on the chat has simply stopped responding.. probably figuring that it's going to take time to track this, so just wishing I'd go away. Incredible!
Finally today I contacted them to tell them that under Federal Law they have to offer a refund or new shipment within 30 days. The agent said she'd start the 'request' for that to happen and I'll hear back within 72 hours.
Each agent gives me this canned response about heavy traffic during the holidays. They never apologize for leading me one, promising 'escalation' and then absolutely nothing changes.
I like adidas products but never again will I order directly from adidas.com "
"I ordered a pair of sneakers from them on 12/6/2020. I paid $151.94 for them. FedEx said they delivered them on 12/10/2020. I never received the sneakers. Called adidas customer service and told them, their response, “we can’t help you.”"
"I ordered a pair of shoes online, and even got a shipping notification, but the shoes never came. In corresponding with customer service, I was told they were at the warehouse and that I would get a status update, but didn't hear or receive anything for two weeks. I ended up reaching out asking for a refund instead, which I did get, but after that experience, I will not be shopping on the website again."
"Ordered as smart soccer ball on 12/15 with a website promise for Christmas. Called 12/22 because the order status never changed and I was concerned it would not arrive. Customer service confirmed it would NOT arrive by Christmas, but said the item would be shipped and delivered 12/27 with a FEDEX tracking number. Item never arrived and then Adidas canceled the order on me. My son is upset and they feel no harm by returning my credit card. This company is a joke. "
""First time customer, got free expedited shipping, never got the package although fedex said delivered, called adidas customer service, waited on the phone over 30 min, spoke to Lashie. First she said to call FEDEX, which I strongly feel adidas should have contacted them, not the customer, bc they have a contract with FEDEX so if anything went wrong, they and FEDEX should have figured it out. Then she went on arguing that I should have requested FEDEX for signature confirmation, which was not an option on adidas.com. Amazon.com has an optional "message to delivery personnel", adidas does not, but I've been using amazon for years and never had anything lost in transit. so how should i know i needed to request a signature service? then she went on that adidas only refunded for lost packages. i said it would not be fair for the consumers bc i bought 50% off then but they don't have the same promotion now. she argued again that that is their policy. after I explained that if I had to place another order, they would have to give me half price, which she said ok but she would have to make a claim and she did not want to do that now and told me to wait out until i hear from fedex. if this were a $200 pair of shoes and you told me to wait a couple days, I certainly don't think so. she then argued with me and said herself "i'm not gonna argue with you cuz this is going nowhere". I asked her to put in a claim and she had me wait 5 min and then said done, without even giving me the claim number. I had to ask for it. I still have not received an email about any claim that was put in from adidas. As a CS rep, she should have been giving me the resolutions, not argument. Very bad customer service the first time i ordered from them. Never again will I place another purchase through adidas.com or any adidas products""
"Got some new running shoes, while lounging at the house, wishing I could be more active. Quick turn around on the order, very satisfied!"
" I recently bought a pair of shoes for my husband on adidas.com shoes did not fit him so I returned them. I figured it was going to take a while for them to credit me back but I sure was not thinking it was going to take 3 weeks for them to credit me my money. It is ridiculous! If you are going to purchase shoes online make sure it is what you want because it will be a while before you see your money back. I did the same with NIKE and NIKE did not take as long as adidas. Will definitely not be shopping on adidas.com"
"So disappointed in Adidas. My unfortunate experience has been with Adidas.com but non-the less it is still apart of Adidas. This by far has been the worst online experience I've had and am still having. Adidas to me; (prior to this experience) was a Co. that stood for the following: a Co. known worldwide that was strong, reputable, respectable, and more importantly cared about their customers.
I wanted to purchase a pair of superstars went to an actual store, unfortunately they didn’t have my size but the sales person informed me that I could order a pair of Superstars customized. I specifically asked if the shoe was true to size and was advised yes.
(1st Issue) December 14th I ordered a pair of Superstars in a 6.5 for myself, and a pair of Seeley’s size 9.0 for my husband. Order # A000766168 I was advised again by customer service the shoes were true to size and that it would take 3-4 weeks to receive in the mail.
Come to find out the shoes run big. I can’t even wear them. I have called customer service so many times and talked to so many reps including supervisors only to be told basically, “you’re out of luck” what the hell is that? How is it my fault when I specifically address the shoe size with Adidas team members and have been advised by them that the shoes runs true to size and therefore if I am a 6.5 that is the size I should order.
I have reached out so many times and literally have spent hours in trying to get this resolved. BTW (2nd issue) my husbands Seeley’s haven’t even come in, it’s going on 7 weeks and no one can tell me anything aside from I will get a call back from a supervisor within 48 hours and a week goes by with nothing, until I call back only to hear we’ll get back to you. I think the only Supervisor who was somewhat helpful was Cynthia, yet I never got a follow up. I have even sent e-mail to corporate Consumer Relations on 01-06-2015 with the subject line reflecting “Please Help” nope nothing. How sorry is that? Most recently I spoke with manager Aaron online- absolutely no help. The only answer I get is we’ll get back to you with 48 hours. Ironically I received an email today stating that my Seeley’s will be shipped on the 31st, what the hell is that? No explanations at all.
(3rd Issue) Order #A000872098 I had a vest that was sent back by the Adidas store in Irvine on the 5th of January, Adidas received it on the 13th. Where is my credit? No one can tell me and I’m so tired of hearing because of the bad weather back East there have been delays, customer service is no help.
These things may seem like nothing to a huge Co like Adidas but to me it’s a big deal. I work, but don’t make a lot of money and I budget everyday so a 54.00-dollar credit makes all the difference in what dinner will be like. I have asked for a credit regarding the customize shoes and nothing (not even for 12.00 UPS delivery charge) Ironically I received an email today stating that my Seeley’s will be shipped on the 31st, what the hell is that? No explanations at all. I wont wear the 6.5 I saved and put money aside to place the customize orders for my husband and I, it was his Christmas present that would be late, but this late is unacceptable. I’m appalled that this is how Adidas treats their customers. I have grown up wearing Adidas not once did I think this is how Adidas runs its company, I am truly embarrassed for the Company. I have had no luck, no help and I’m out money. I hoping to get the word out there and make others aware so they think twice prior to ordering or maybe somebody from Adidas will see this email and help me (doubtful).
With that being said, I will say the only positive experience I’ve had is with the Adidas store in Irvine CA. the Spectrum Mall. Jared and Brandon have been very helpful trying to clean up a mess that they have nothing to do with or no control over. I appreciate their help they have gone above and beyond for me. So if you’re looking to purchase and you’re in the area definitely check them out.
Lastly I have a pair of the energy boost and energy boost 2.0 ESM in a 6.5 and they fit fine.

"Ordered a pair of soccer cleat shoes while they had a sale. Received an order confirmation which said the shoes would ship in three to four days. Received no shipping confirmation for a week. Sent an email asking them about the status of my order but never received a reply. About two weeks later I received an email which said "Your order has been successfully cancelled" with no further explanation. I called their 1-800 number but it just rang for a while and then I got a busy signal. No voicemail, nothing. I sent them another email asking why my order was cancelled and was told it was out of stock. For a large successful company, this way of running their online store is just embarrassing. Terrible communications. I ended up ordering shoes from Puma.com and will definitely not order from Adidas.com again. What a shame..."
"Adidas products are fine, but their online store is just awful. I ordered three pairs of their excellent Climacool shorts on March 13th. I received one pair on March 20th, but no explanation about the other two. A couple of weeks later, I called their customer service, and was told that the shorts had been out of stock, but would be sent to me within two days or the rep would call me back. Two weeks later I called again, and was told that they would check on the problem. A week later I called again, but this time got someone who couldn't speak intelligibly. I gave up on the "24/7 customer service line" and tried email. I explained my problem to their customer service people, and got a cheerful reply, that said they would research the problem. A week after that, I sent another email asking for status, and was promptly told that my problem was still being researched, and that I could feel free to call their 24/7 customer service line. A full week later (yesterday) I followed up with another email asking for a refund. Today I received an email saying that they would send me a refund in the form of a gift card, but that refunds take 7-10 days to process. I suspect that "7-10 days" in Adidas time might mean years. I really do like the Adidas Climacool shorts and shirts, and the fact that they give generously to charity when you buy their gift cards. I will continue to buy their products, but will stick with more efficient resellers (with better customer service people) in the future. "
