"Ordered a dress in ivory, its clearly the white. Argued online as there isnt a phone number to call. They were not willing to refund. Only exchange which will cost me shipping it back (20), plus express shipping (30+) since the wedding is coming up soon. Not worth the chance of them screwing it up again plus the extra shipping. DO NOT order from this company. I wish I could add the photos!!"
"I order an outfit online. I only found out they cancelled the order when I checked on the status and realized I could not access the transaction. There is no contact phone number for customer service. I went to the store and the 'customer service representative' was on the phone with a personal call while vacuuming and she was obviously annoyed by the conversation because she would not listen to my concerns regarding the online order. She just kept making excuses. I had to find a different outfit. After telling me they don't accept cash I paid by debit and when she decided she didn't like the way I was speaking to her she grabbed the bag with the merchandise I already purchas ed and threw it behind the cash. That is stealing as far as I'm concerned. I was desperate at this point so I kept the product. At least the outfit looks nice, although it smells like it's been in storage for a while. "

While the website is well laid out and selection is good (we were even able to find products here we could not find anywhere else), the overall experience left us very disappointed. We ordered and re-oredered 4 times due to a color transfer between the shirt and tie. This proved to be very frustrating. One of the re-orders came in the wrong size and when attempting to correct yet again, we were stone-walled with the return policy. I am certain that the staff at Adorable Kids will reference the terms and conditions in response to this. So my advice to anyone looking at this site is, be prepared for damaged goods and nearly impossible return policies to make your shopping experience one you will want to forget.

After continued follow ups, my wife and I agreed the last option was to charge back the purchase on our credit card. The response from the owner of the business after we received our refund speaks volumes;

"this is the worst customer care "service" ever received! We went into the store in Oshawa, Ontario, and I regret it! When we went in we were greeted and taken to a like warehouse room to look at dresses, we had to book an appointment that was fine, did not like that my flower girls could only try on 5 dresses. We picked out our 10 dresses 5 for each girl and were told they would be brought to us. We gave the very rude fitting room attendant the sizes we needed a 4 and a 12. The lady brought us a 14, when we again requested a 12 she was not very polite at all about getting us the dress, even though the size 12 was big on my niece. Then she asked me if I wanted to see another dress in white or bright pink I said white she brought a pink one with a purple sash. we only received 4 dresses for each girl not the 5 we selected. As well the fitting room lady made a comment to my niece "not to worry your baby fat will go away in the summer when your more active." The lady told us one of the dresses we were looking at would be in on Tuesday, we asked to come in the following weekend to see the dress one employee said yes the other said no. This was the final straw and we left. In the Van my 8 yr old niece asked us if she was fat and was visably upset. When I emailed the company with what had happened and to remove me from the mailing list, I received no communication in regards to the poor customer service, I then facebooked them and found my self blocked and my comments deleted, I then had friends leave comments trying to get someone to take responsibility for the horrid customer service, they made excuses and never really answered the question as well as they made a comment about my hubby to be getting a photo of my niece upset if it really happened. Next day low and behold they announce "under new management" Buyer be warned horrid customer service!"
