"Followed Instagram ads, product looked good and great value. Needed to buy a couple of gifts for my lovely wife. Selection was great. Product arrived timely and as advertised. Products all seem good and of a good quality so far. Some sizes were a bit off but that cannot be helped with clothing. The major issue was being automatically enrolled in a subscription, even though I was only making a one time purchase. I made my single purchase, happily. Only to discover a few days later that I had been subscribed and my CC charged. I read things very carefully but it is always possible I missed something. However, there should be no possible way of accidently or inadvertently enrolling in a subscription and being charged a separate fee after my purchase. If I wanted to subscribe, I would have done so. I did not and only wanted to the items ordered.
Shady, shady experience. Be very aware and purchase with caution unless you fully intend to join a subscription. "

"I purchased several items based on your size recommendations. The bottoms fit but the bras do not. I contacted customer service last week and got a generic response that someone would respond in one to two business days. It’s Saturday now, so a week later, and still no response. Additionally, when I placed the items in the cart, they didn’t say final sale until AFTER I completed the purchase. This is a bait and switch. I don’t know if they are not responding, but If I can’t have exchanges for the bras that don’t fit, I will likely cancel my subscription as it’s not worth the ongoing hassle and wasted money."
