"Product quality is hit or miss. A few were decent, but the rest had rough thread, cheap fabric quality. Given the price, you can find better quality items at Target. Shipping is extremely slow with unreliable tracking information, even after taking into consideration the pandemic. I still haven't received an ordee submitted a month ago. I have used USPS for shipping needs and the delay with AdoreMe can't reasonably explained by the "shipping partner delay" as the company calls it.
If returning a product, make sure to pay extra to get tracking information and delivery confirmation. I neglected to do so and used the return label issued by company. The return was never received according to AdoreMe and I ended up having to pay for an item I don't even have.
I did have a good customer service experience in getting more information about my delayed order, but given all other issues, it wasn't enough to convince me to continue my subscription."

I followed the directions provided on website and what I thought was going to be a difficult process, turned out to be pretty painless. I printed the return label and was given exchange vouchers. "I bought my first **** bra and **** set after my mastectomy/reconstruction surgery, and the brought didn’t fit, but because it was a set I wasn’t able to exchange just the bra for a smaller size. The **** fit and I had already cut the tag out of them. Lesson learned: Do not cut the tag out of either item until you know BOTH items fit."
