"I really wanted to love adore me but every time I ordered bras the sizes weren’t right. Multiple bras in the same sizes fit differently, and the size chart was inaccurate for me. I never ended up finding a bra I actually could wear since they all were too small. It felt like even when I sized up they were the same size as the last one I bought. Plus the materials are scratchy. It’s too bad I bought the bras on sale because I wish now that I could return them. 2 stars because I really Like the underwear ! "

"Placed an order for the buy one get one sale, after 5 days it was cancelled for no reason. Contacted costumer support and they gave a very generous compensation for the issue but couldn't provide a reason for the cancellation. I had already re-ordered to take advantage of the sale and it took longer than sale was running for this first response. Again after 4 days the order was cancelled and again no reason was provided for why the order was cancelled but this time no compensation was provided, just an offer for them to place the order for me. But again, I had already placed the order as several items were needed in a week and shipping was already being pushed to the point it may not arrive in time. The third time I also purchased less (due to the sale being over) and placed them across multiple orders, this way if an order was cancelled, I might still get some of the items by the time they were needed. So my large order was cancelled twice (all items were still advertised in stock after they were cancelled) during the sale and my multiple small orders after the sale went through with no issue. Customer service is hit or miss - first interaction was great (all previous had been at least helpful if not great) but the second was really lacking. Products are great but not the cheapest and when you factor in hours dealing with customer service and placing the same order several times after repeatedly being cancelled, is it worth it? I am still on the fence..."
