They stated a profile was created without my knowledge in 2017 & even tho no purchase occured, they are unwilling to offer the advertised price. I will be shopping elsewhere going forward & will not recommend. "

"I made this order and believed I put in my correct, updated address. However, after receiving multiple emails about delays I was starting to get nervous as i was about to move multiple states away. I decided to check the address and learned it was shipped to an old address that apparently defaulted over the one I put. This would not have been a problem if there was not delays and there was more transparency. Now I am highly upset as the package arrived the day I moved multiple states away and have no way of receiving it. I could have picked up the package from the old address if it had not been delayed and/or been shipped to the correct address. Now I want to cry because of this being my Christmas present to myself and knowing I will not receive it. I recieved no credit for the delay so that does not make up for never receiving the product. I love adore me but my customership is lost as I am highly upset as when I ordered the date was told to be before I was moving and i was sure I put the correct address. Now my order is randomly 8 hours away where I cannot even check to see if it was delivered as I was anticipating to be able to do so before I left. This is very disappointing and I will probably never order from here again. Smh, I was so excited for this, especially as I am recently married and had made this order with and for my husband. Worst experience ever and highly disappointed!!!!
