I understand the 7-10 standard business days as that’s the policy with most companies now, but Adore Me takes the entire 10 days to be received. I contacted them to replace it and send with expedited shipping which was declined because that level of shipping wasn’t paid for originally. Explained that the cancellation on the company’s end pushed the order back several days and should be the company that takes responsibility. They refused to fix the problem. "
