"I'm just going to show you my horrible experience with these people by posting a copy of the latest email I sent them.
Here's what I told Adore Me:
"Please read the following chain of events and attachment of proof that I was told I would never be charged again.
1 - I returned the Adore Me box.
2 - I was charged $120 for the box being unreturned.
3 - I contacted Adore Me to report the issue
4 - Adore Me discovered that it was, in fact, returned. And responded to me on October 23rd that they did see that it was returned.
5 - Adore Me refunded my $120. (Proof that they DID receive the box and charged me in error.)
6 - I cancelled my Adore Me account to avoid any future confusion
7 - Adore Me took out 3 more payments of $40 because, again, it was assumed the same box was not returned.
8 - Again, Adore Me saw that it was, in fact, returned and refunded me $40 3 more times.
9 - On October 28th, Adore Me sent a message stating that it did, in fact, see that the box was returned and that I would not receive another charge.
10 - On November 23rd Adore Me charged my account another $40 for the exact same reason it had to refund me last time.
11 - November 30th. Fraudulent charge report was made by me to my bank with an attached proof they said they'd not charge me again.
Please be aware that because these boxes are moving through the USPS, this is considered, not only credit card fraud, it is a federal issue of mail fraud. I have begun the proceedings to have my bank block and report Adore Me to the FTC, the CFPB, as well as the Attorney General. The various refunds from Adore Me proves that Adore Me is aware that the box was returned, as does the attached copy of the letter from Adore Me." I didn't attach any letter because it contains private information."
