"I recieved something that was not exactly what i had ordered, i contacted them and they said sorry its not avaliable anymore. After a few back and forth emails and Adore beauty just apologising and saying that its the supplyers fault. I did get a positive outcome. However if i was the owner i would want my staff to think outside the box, cover all basis and have already thought of outcome.
I ordered pressed powder compact, they sent me the powder refill! Because they are sold sepratley now. I wasnt told, nothing discussed at all. They just expected id be happy with less then what i ordered. They did change the order and charge me less. However usually you ask the customer, or use common sense and i dont know maybe just send the compact container aswell! Considering its not the customers stuff up! After this suggestion, they finally sent it to me so thankyou now i have what i ordered! They express posted it, which was nice. Overall i am happy with the products and the service. We got their in the end... "
