"Ordered a family tree shadow box that looked very pretty from them. Once I selected the item that started around $46 I had to pay extra to have extra names ENGRAVED that would be hanging down from the tree. For others reference, there is no engraving, it's just a picture printed on card stock. I thought it was small metal pendants hanging down but that part is on me for just assuming. Then I had to pay more for the lights to be added, then more for the crystals to be added and so on. Plus extra to rush the time for production and extra for faster shipping. In total the item I purchased that originally says $46 was $97.26. I ordered this as a Christmas present for my mom. I ordered it in December 7th, once I placed the order it said it would take 2 to 18 calendar days to get it to me. I finally received it on January 16th. Broken. That's when I could also see everything was just paper card stock. They offered to send a new shadow box and refund 20% off the purchase. Around February 10th we got the new shadow box and my husband spent about an hour removing the string lights and transferring/gluing them into the new box. So for a gift I ordered December 7th took over 2 months to get corrected. Still haven't seen the refund so I contacted them again recently. "

And then to top it off, I FINALLY receive it and the frame is broken in half. Asked for a refund and they won't do it and say I have to pay for shipping if I want a refund. I highly doubt if I do that they'll refund my money anyway. Total scam of a company."
