Was told shipping would be within 4 weeks, .. never received email indicating I had ordered anything, never received shipping email. After waiting the 4 weeks, checked with their customer service; was told item was out-of-stock. Checked their website, item was still listed there, and NOT listed as out-of-stock. Contacted customer support again. Was told it would be shipped as soon as they received it, after another 4 week wait and still nothing, attempted to contact customer support once more, and customer support was no longer available. Luckily item was fairly inexpensive. Wrote the lose off as a lesson learned. This was in 2013. After checking reviews of other Canadian companies, found one that is everything that AdultSensations is not. "

Twelve days later my order status still showed "Processing" so I emailed the company and it was only then that they informed me the product was out of stock. They had already taken my payment January 24th and never bothered to notify me of this. It is now April 16th (almost 3 months later!!!), I am the only one who has ever initiated a conversation with them and they are still using the same story, "sorry, this is a busy time of the year and the supplier is unable to give us a delivery date". "As a lot of previous complaints around the internet state this company needs to have a better inventory management system. They take your money right away and the item you thought was in stock might not be. They will just make you wait if you want to cancel charge you a 15% restocking fee (even though the item wasn't in stock) and give you a credit at their store (no refunds).

I was in the same boat and I had to wait, when they finally sent the item they shipped it from the US so I had to pay the additional customs and duty.

There are far better companies in Canada to deal with. "

"Terrible service. Order placed Jan.17 and billed to credit card same day. After 3 reminders, finally shipped 3 weeks later. Only one of 2 items was shipped. On Feb. 19 a refund was promised - and finally issued March 2 after repeated requests. My worst online shopping experience in ten years.
