"I made a large purchase ,of about $130.00 . One multi - disc with the price of about $10.00 ,was not in the order. The receipt plainly stated ,any undelivered DVDs would be delivered , as soon as they got in. It has been about one year , and the DVDs have still been not sent. I wrote them emails , of which they didn't even respond. The quality of the DVDs are sub - par. Brand new ,some DVDs were scratched , and some DVDs had glitches ,on the first day of playing them. If I received the entire order, At least ,I wouldn't consider it intentional fraud. I asked them to unsubscribe me ,because they would never get me as a customer again. But, they keep on sending me emails, telling me of great deals, ( if you don't receive the entire order you pay for , and you have problems with what you do receive , I don't consider it a good deal. ) "
"They made an unfilled order request worse than it had to be and it has gotten worse. Zero customer service response time after time.
Use another site these folks don't respond and don't care. Got your $ and thats it.

"I purchased 9 early 2000's adult titles from Anabolic, Diabolic, etc. All but 2 were were handmade copies on consumer DVD-Rs with generic white paint on the label side, not the original disks from the studio with silver (not blue) data foil and professionally printed artwork. Maybe that means they were counterfeit? I don't know. But one was unplayable and two had video that was extremely compressed (very blocky). Anabolic disks from that era (I have many originals) should look great (as good as 480 resolution video can look). So something got lost somewhere along the way from factory DVD to whatever these generic DVD-Rs with white paint on them were that Adult Deals sold me. Very unhappy. The prices were low and some of these generic copies had good video so it wasn't a total loss, but I assumed I was buying proper vintage studio copies, not DVD-Rs."

"They falsely advertise. They advertised a mystery DVD pack as having more recent releases from well known studios, stating that they cost as much as $29.95 and what I got were tons of used DVDs that were damaged from no-name studious that were from the 90's or before judging by the quality. Plus, on top of that, I purchased another pack at checkout that showed specific films and I got none of those, and most were duplicates. Despite stating I would receive no duplicates. The whole process is BS and there are better sellers online that give much better deals and they don't deliver used goods under the pretense that they are new. Steer clear.
I am currently trying to contact the company and see if I can get things remedied but I doubt anything will come of it. I will try to update if I can.
