"placed an order on this site for a customize jacket, first of all it took a 2 month before i got the item and it was not what I had ordered. i had paid for my school name on one side and my name on the other. the jacket came with only my name on it. i tried contacting them through the phonw, which they will not pick up. i also left many voice messages. i also contacted through their website, and never receive a response. overall these people are crooks. "Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of Landau clogs from this site. They were not marked as "on clearance" through the picture. I wore these shoes for 2 days and the logos fell off and were extremely uncomfortable. I call to return the items and the customer service lady is awful and patronizing. It's dirty business to take a bad product and market it and not make honest on the faultiness of the product."
