What I got is a mouse without the tilt wheel, without batteries and gray, it's an intellimouse explorer 1.0 and the description is the spec of the intellimouse explorer 2.0, it was cheap but I wanted the 2.0, I'm not going to return anything but I am never going the buy anything again there.
