"I have ordered a tv projector replacement lamp. They replied that it was out of stock. I asked them to cancel my order. They said that they will refund me in the next 5 business days. I ordered the lamp from an other supplier, received it and installed it. a month and a half later, they did not yet refund me but they shipped me a lamp that was supposed to be canceled. I try to reach them but I am still waiting for an answer that will never come. Do not do business with this company."

Looks good on the web site, but in practice I could never get what I wanted, even after trying no less than 4 times buying the same one item (well to be fair paypal can equally be a pain to use, two were cancelled because of the transaction not going through, once because they suddenly did not have the item in stock, then last time because they were not able to make a correction to the mailing address).
I'm ready to give up - even I still need the bloody lamp. Refund is so far not happening more than 3 months later. Maybe they run a business of selling air - not lamps.

"Purchased a lamp for my projector last year. the lamp stated it was an exact replacement for the manufacture from Panasonic. when I recieved the lamp I notice it was not identical it did not have the same markings on the lamp. I installed it anyway, notice the colors were not as bright as my past lamps. I went with it. the lamp lasted 3 months, went through the process to replace the lamp. they did replace the lamp and that lamp lasted 3 months. did it all over again. replaced the lamp again and it lasted 4 months. Keep in mind every time the lamp went bad it was well under the 2000 hr life. Called them back and told them to replace it again and they denied the claim. I purchased on form Panasonic and the colors on this lamp is 10X better and it has lasted.

"This company has very shady business practices. I ordered a lamp for my flat screen TV on Sept 9 2010, it is now Oct.6 2010 and have yet to recieve the item or any response from the company as to when it will be "in" when I placed the order it showed to be in stock but right after the payment was comfirmed thru my bank it was mysteriously "backordered" and all of the e mails i sent to them their reply was "we expect a shipment to arrive within 1 to 2 weeks" no specific date! I have since then cancelled my order and requested a refund of the product cost along with the 2nd day shipping cost since the product was not in stock or shipped. I am anxious to see how long it will take for them to rectify the situation and refund my money."
"Ordered a replacement lamp on a Thursday. Website stated it was in stock. Did not receive notice until the following *MONDAY* (around the time I expected to RECEIVE the lamp) that the item was backordered! Contacting the customer service line only results in getting a voicemail. Contacted through their sales line and got ahold of someone VERY quickly (suspicious). At this point I was told that it would be at least 2 weeks before the item I ordered would be in stock. I had them cancel the order and they stated it would be 2 business days to get a refund (did I mention they charged my debit card immediately for the item they did not have in stock?). I will be watching closely for my money to be refunded, though from what I've read in the reviews, I'm not holding my breath. READ REVIEWS ****VERY**** CAREFULLY as it seems most (if not all) of the positive reviews for this company are likely fabricated. Learned my lesson the hard way. Now I have less than a week to get the projector lamp I need for Burning Man. This kind of behavior should be totally unacceptable."
"Sent me 3 defective lamps, one after another. Each one caused the "replace lamp" warning to constantly flash on my HD projector screen and the last one of the batch just escaped the 90 day warranty before blowing up last week. I went for 3 months fighting with this company, then they charged my credit card and sent an extra lamp I didn't order. Lamp #3 and #4 blew up in my projector with a loud pop, lamp #3 out of warranty only a few weeks with only 25% of expected lifetime and since lamp #4 was delivered without my approval 4 months ago, it was out of warranty too even though it lasted a little over A WEEK before exploding as well.
Check the BBB on this company before considering. BBB rating is "F" (check it for yourself). It looks like a lot of their positive reviews which fill up most "page 1's" of evaluation sites are fake, as someone has taken steps to fill at least the initial page of evaluation sites (i.e.ePinions, PCWorld, etc) with marketing style tidbits apparently composed by someone who has a vested interest in having them look like positive reviews at first glance. Research will prove otherwise. They sell cheap non-branded (inside the modules where you normally don't look) knock-off and exploding lamps that last just beyond the warranty and only if that. I you check what you pay, you are overpaying multiple times over retail if you look at the hours you get off their lamp compared to retail cost. Never again from them!!!
