"Excellent customer support, until the warranty runs out. I had the computer just over 2 years, which in my opinion is not long before I started experiencing problems with it. Sent my computer in for repairs and it took me over a month before it was returned. During this time, the only e-mail I received was to tell me how much money I was supposed to pay. Not once did I receive a status update as to when it would be tested, shipped, etc. To make matters worst, after receiving it back, I've had the computer a little over 2 months now and I'm already sending it back for the same repairs. To make matters worst they are not even going to pick up the shipping tab for a problem they didn't fix. I've owned many different computers from numerous companies and this has to be the worst one I ever owned! Consider spending more for a computer that will last longer that 2 years..."
"I placed an order for a machine on June 9, 2008 and "due to heavy volume" did not receive it until the end of July. Right out of the box there were issues. The unit would not boot. In a subsequent call to tech support it was requested that I remove the motherboard and send it back to them, which I declined to do. They paid for shipping and returned the computer back in approx. 3 weeks. This time it booted but seized everytime I tried to run something graphic heavy. Again a call to tech support with no results and the machine was sent back for repairs. I received it last week with the same results just described. Again a call to tech support and one to the customer service manager, Steve (from Ibuypower), who said that because the machine was over 30 days old there would be no refund, despite the fact that it was more than 30 days old when I initially recieved it. He said that some sort of money could be returned to me but I would have to retroactively pay for the shipping costs of the two prior returns plus a 20% restocking fee. This fiasco keeps going on 4 months after initial purchase. I most certainly would NOT recommend this company."
"Overall: I am very satisfied with this company and their product.
PC: Highest quality parts. Excellent craftsmanship. Lowest price anywhere.
Shipping: I ordered on 2/28/08 and received pc in perfect condition on 3/12/08 (less than 2 weeks). Gaming mouse was back ordered, but I received it a week later and they offered to refund my money if I didn't want to wait.
Customer Service: You must understand Aeoncraft is not a large company. They have a limited number of staff, that's what keeps the expenses down, and they pass that savings on to the customer in the form of lower costs. Because of this, you may have to wait for a rep and they only work office hours. However, the staff they do have is excellent. Danny in sales is the best rep I've spoken to at any company, ever. I also had to call customer service when the pc arrived because a power input had come lose during shipping. The tech helped me quickly locate and solve the problem. Dell=hundereds of Indians who border on uselessness. Aeoncraft=a few dozen American gamers who truly understand their product.
Conclusion: I received a great pc at a great price. My pc was in perfect working order, so I can't comment on their ability to handle adversity. I can say my experience was excellent and I highly recommend this company."
"Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I researched for several weeks before deciding on Aeoncraft. (Yes, I know that Aeoncraft is a division of Cyberpower.)
Similar gaming systems would have cost me several hundred dollars more at any other site.
They do not have the most knowledgeable tech support, but they did send me a new sound card when I couldn't get the one that pre-installed to work. The sound card made it here in 3 days. Oh yea, tech support is NOT available on weekends. That is a pain!
All in all, I'd do it again. Great computer for a great price!"
"Funny experience with Aeoncraft. The computer arrived 1 week later than expected, according to their own website. Very neat cabling and gorgeous machine with the configuration I had requested and a very nice price too. Problem was my Toshiba HD blue ray drive was missing. Made three phone calls to solve the situation (contrary to others I had no problem to get in touch with custom service, always same very polite chap). He promised to call back which he never did but I got an e-mail with fedex track number for what was finally a nice gesture: a upgrade to a combo BRay/HD DVD LG drive. Made me almost forget that the cheap speakers were not working and that there was no motherboard manual. "
"After I compared the price from AeonCraft to DELL, AeonCraft was able to save me about $2,000 for the same hardware and software configurations. I purchased the highest-end PC you can buy in the market on 9/10/2007. It took about 2 weeks for them to build, ship and deliver the item to my house. The PC was indeed well-built and is still running in excellent condition as of today (3 months later). Based on my phone calls and emails sent to AeonCraft's support, I truly believe this company does not have enough staff to support their customers' demand and that've caused some communication problem within the AeonCraft and as the result of that affected their customer's feedback. However, I was able to talk to the support 3 times during the 3-week period (after long wait every call) to clarify some misunderstanding about the 32-bit and 64-bit Vista O/S. If you want to save money, order your PC from AeonCraft. If you want excellent customer service with great communication before and after your order, use DELL. Your call."
"The computer works great and got here quick. Well worth the price, but the down side is that it wasnt what i order and that was the frustrating part. Customer service online service never emailed me back, and over the phone you will wait forever. They did take care of shipping when i returned it to them. Im hoping the new Cpu they send me is correct with a real activated windows, a working graphics card and the network card i order. Other than those issues the product is the best value for your buck. Good buy!"
"Computer actually arrived on Oct 24 (24 days)after confirmation Several problems were apparent right off - (1)monitor was back ordered (arrived 10-30 after sending email on 10-26 with no response), (2) the logo completely fell off the tower unit while in transit, (3)plates for empty slots in back were not secured so they fell into the inside of the computer - had to fish them out, (4)there was a dent in the top of the case, (5) the top fan does not run, (6) the free pen drive and a software package was also missing. As of today, 10-31 I still have not gotten a reply from my email. I am not very happy and this was the first time I purchased a computer made to order online. Will send another email on Monday then will try to phone (number rings, or is busy). I purchased a gaming machine and as of yet I have not been able to try out its function. (Seems to be a problem between VISTA and NVidia graphics cards) I love the look of the computer and at $2000 I really expected better service. While most of my complaints are minor, I believe there are just too many to give this company a 10, at this point I would only give a 6.5 "
"This company is great i ordered my laptop and it took 5 days to process and 2 days to build I had it on overnight shipping and it got here the next day Everything worked fine and i got all the free stuff it said it would come with i will buy from them again"
"They were quick to charge my credit card and horrible at communicating the computers progress. The "Check My Order" was never updated until I complained to the Customer Service folks. My scheduled ship date was the 11th, not a problem..but they didnt ship it then and didnt inform me. When the tower wasn't useable and had to wait for a new shipment to come in, it delayed my ship date, they didnt inform me either. Today (10-16-2007) it shipped out via Fed Ex. I went to the website to "View My Order"..guess what..nothing there..lol...I hope my computer gets here in one piece and works for that matter. I should have built it myself i guess."
"I've been vigorously researching on finding the specs I want with the price I want, and have failed to find it in Best Buy, Fry's, Cyberpower, iBuyPower, Dell, HP, and many other vendors and even looked up Newegg for the separate parts. I was notably amazed to find that upon configuring and choosing the specs in Aeoncraft (of which the interface could be improved, maybe more clear screenshots of the products), it came out cheaper than all other options (even newegg!).
My order was an Intel Special totalling $1,277.45 with tax & shipping (and a 5% discount), using el cheapo Ground shipping. I couldn't remember their estimated ship date, but they processed it immediately, and the payment was approved after 3 days. Yet there weren't any updates for two weeks, (granted, it was Labor Day weekend, so it was more like 8 business days), so I called them on Monday September 10, asked them about my order, and was put on hold (which took about 7 minutes, giving me the chance to listen to two songs from a classical radio they use as the hold tone), then they came back on the line and told me my system hasn't finished assembly and should be ready to ship tomorrow or Wednesday. It was finally shipped on Wednesday (not with Ground Shipping, but with FedEx Express Saver!), with expected delivery date Monday next week. I was happy to find that it actually shipped within 2 days. That was nice of them. Sure eased my anxiousness of reading all those negative/shady/elusive/mysterious comments on aeoncraft all over the web and not hearing from them for about 2 weeks.
All the specs matched my order, all the stuff that came with the tower worked fine, and I got the freebie, so no complaints here on the tower itself. In fact, I'm loving it much!"
"I was totally unsatisfied with this company. My expected shipping date was may 10. i recieved no shipping confirmation till may 17. And when i rercieved my computed, it was damaged and some of the parts weren't even hooked up. 2 fans didnt work, and the neon light inside wasn't working. I has to open the thing up myself and fix it. I was also supposed to recieve a 1GB flash pen, which i never got. I have sent 3 e-mails with no response. I have called the 800 number for their offices everyday for almost 2 weeks and all it does is ring and ring. I think Aeoncraft is a very shady company, with some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. DO NOT trust these guys"
"I ordered a $2900 computer from Aeoncraft on February 28th and the estimated ship date listed on the website was March 9th. I waited for two weeks until March 16th with no word from Aeoncraft. I called up their support number and to make matters worse, they put me on hold for 35 minutes. There was no "hello, please hold" or anything. It just immediately put me on hold. Once someone FINALLY answered, and I asked, they said that they were waiting on a part. They never communicated a single thing to me. They did not know when the part would be in. First I asked how long would it have taken for them to contact me to let me know this information. He had no answer. Then it also occurred to me that I was put on hold for 35 minutes and it was the middle of the day on a Friday. How would I ever get customer support about my computer if they're that busy in the middle of the day when most people are at work? I cancelled my order with them. I got the distinct impression that Aeoncraft is pretending to be a larger company than it actually is. Seems like they're over-extending themselves because of all of their recent exposure in magazines. I'd recommend strongly against going with Aeoncraft unless they greatly expand their business to accomodate for the growth in demand. I cannot vouch for the quality of the computers themselves."
"I ordered this computer, and after I ordered it I saw terrible reviews about the company all over the web, then I realized they were all by one disgruntled customer. I have had my computer now for almost 3 weeks, and I love it. It works great and I have no problems. It was delivered on time and in one piece. I would absolutely use them again."
"i had ordered from Aeoncraft a Aeon 6015 except with 2 ATI 1900xtx in Crossfire mode for only 2,303.00 where places like Aliencraft were charging hundereds of dollars more then what Aeoncraft is charging. I called aeoncraft to see what the status of my computer is, and Danny said that the power supply i had asked for was not enough power to make the computer run. So for that he said he put in a upgrade for the power supply a 60.00 dollar value for free. Just proves that they go out of their way to make their customers happy.
I'm very satisfied and will most likely purchase from them in the future.
