"I ordered a desktop case that was a hard to find item. They wanted quite a bit more for it than when I bought it before on Amazon. I had been waiting some time for Amazon to get them back in stock. All of the other sites I usually shop with also showed them out of stock. It had been 3 days since I ordered & they had not shipped it yet. Amazon finally got them back in & since it was cheaper I left AeroCooler a message I wanted to cancel. To my surprise the refund came through about 10 minutes later. Since this was my only experience with them, I cant tell you anything about them except it was no hassle getting my money back. I have had bad experiences with merchants in the past that I had to go through the hassle of a dispute to get refunded."
"Ordered 2 PC water towers ($493). 6 months and 6 emails later still no refund or product. Aerocooler said in the first month I would get my refund. The next 5 months and 5 refund requests they just refused to reply.

"I bought LOGISYS Green ACRYLIC CASE FEET LY-405GN from AEROCOOLER.
It was advertised as new. When I received it the packaging was beat up and obviously opened before shipping.
2 of the 4 LED's were cut off the wires inside the packaging.
I asked for a replacement or refund and their response was "Sorry, we have to decline your request since the item we have sent is brand new item which was never opened"
Dishonest company that misrepresented product and is fraudulent."

"ordered two products on the 17 Dec 2009. Paid via paypal. Went onto Aero cooler webiste to see what was happening. I now see one of my products is not in stock and the other is waiting for the product that isnt in stock. Send an email asking ETA. Got response no eta and will give me a different product if i choose. As i didnt want another product i waited antoher few weeks. Got back on the website and found that the product was now discontinued. (no contact from them regarding thi had to find out myself.) Then sent them correspondance via their webist asking for a refund as it wasnt my fault they allowed me to order then discontinued the product. NO RESPONSE.
Sent another correspondence Still no response. Just sent my fourth and STILL NO RESPONSE it is now MARCH 2010 and have no product and out of pocket. REALLY BAD customer service. Will keep trying but looks like twitter and facebook maybe the way to go."

i ask them if i can send them money order and they said yes. hours after i bought it, i send them the money order via certified mail, email them the tracking info. what they did is they send me multiple messages asking for payment. it hasnt happened to me in the past..seller sending me multiple messages asking for payment so its kinda annoying to my part. i replied to those messages that i sent them the money order and gave them (again) the tracking info. they replied to me by saying they will continue on sending me messages until they receive the money order. so i told them i just wished they can send the item as quickly as they can send me messages asking for payment.
they got the money order july 16 in the morning.
its july 19 now and they havent send me the item.
i just wonder how will they react if they were the buyer?
dont buy from this store.

We are sorry to inform you that we are currently out of TTC-CUV fan but are expecting to receive them within next week.
As soon as they come in, we will ship your order."
I responded to have someone call me. I got a reply that said: "We’ve already notified you that this item is on backorder."
This company has been cavalier in its poor customer service. They have my money. Now they are going to ship whenever they feel like it. The website still says "ships in two days."
The website has no phone number anywhere. The only way you can contact someone is by email.
I will never do business with this company again!"
