"Bought a watch, it arrived and did not work. I reached out to affliction customer service, explained i understand these things happen. I am a long time customer and actually own a few of their watches. The watch manufacturer for them is U.S. based and awesome. Their answer was I should send it off for repairs. I responded with no thanks and that I would just like a replacement please. After multiple emails we agreed and I returned the watch for a replacement. After about a week I got a partial refund, no watch and they ghosted my email questions as to why! The guy actually told me via email before it was agreed to return, “it was probably a battery or something and they were all probably like that in warehouse”?? How crazy! I spoke with watch manufacturer personally and they were mortified the way this was handled. Just terrible services and sad because I will not go back and I generally like the merch. "
"I've been buying the brand fro years and spent good money. They quality has gone down hill and charge an arm and leg for garbage made in China. My latest issue is a few pair of jeans I bought from them that won't last more than 4 months without ripping apart and button coming off. They don't respond to emails, hang up on you, and delete and block you on social media.
Hope they go out of business cause they don't know how to run one"
"This brand has gone down hill. 1st order- great! 2nd order- okay (one shirt was tiny , bad material and defective- design was off center, went to goodwill- ) 3rd order OHH NOOO. materials have gone down hill- (used to be cotton) one was 100% rayon YUK. one was 50% polyester. one was clearly defective in a number of places with a piece of tape covering one of the defects. stains, a big hole in the middle of the front of the shirt! REALLY?? customer service gave me a credit to order another shirt (can't wait to see what this one looks like.......) Wonder how much longer they will be in business at this rate?"
"This Company is probably the worst clothing company to deal with when ordering online. They do not stand behind their products and will go to any length to not resolve your problem and you will have a problem. I sent a shirt as a gift to a close friend and after 2 washes the graphics completely disappeared from the front of the shirt. They will allow him to return the shirt at his expense only after he was forced to send pictures to prove the poor quality of the shirt. If you follow their ordering procedure you will notice that the check-out notes change in an attempt to eliminate returns all together. Now they will not offer a refund and will only send me the exact same shirt that no doubt will experience the exact same problem. I tried to select an alternate shirt in the same style but was told that was not allowed. When calling to try and work to a normal solution they just hang up on you....Be smart and find another company to do business with....They now do not allow returns if the size is wrong...how the heck can you know if it fits unless you try it on...The shirts are very expensive and the quality and customer service do not add up...Again...this company is clueless when it comes to old fashion honesty and service...."

And then when you try to return it for refund,m they refuse. We've been sent wrong shirts, wrong sizes, and with no help from their "customer service". I would advise to look elsewhere for styles like these!"
"Placed and order, products never shipped, contacted Affliction clothing and they said give it more time and call the post office. I have them some time as they requested. I still did not get my stuff and they refused to refund my money despite me explaining that there is no tracking info and that my stuff was never sent to me. The service was the worst I have ever experienced from any site, they treat their customers horribly and I hope this review protects you from going through what I did, do yourself a favor and buy from another site!"
"I’ve been a fan of affliction and American fighter clothing! I usually buy from the buckle website and or store. My husband spent over $200 at the affliction website, one of the shirts didn’t fit as expected so I have to send back. It’s a $50 shirt so not only do I have to pay to send back (customer service would not send me a free shipping label) but also can’t exchange unless it’s the amount as another shirt. Affliction customer service is the worse people to deal with, never had problems at buckle, will never deal with this place again and or there clothing."
"I have been a fan of Affliction clothing for a LONG time, but I always order through Buckle (which is a fabulous company... Go there for your upscale clothing instead!) I ordered a shirt that was so nice from this Affliction company website, just to find out the shirt was too small... not only did I have to pay for my return shipping... but I also had to wait 1 month for this bull crap exchange process to take place with noone even responding to tell me they were working on it! I recieved my replacement... and I tried it on... just to see that the shirt was mislabeled... and it fits the EXACT same way as the smaller size on my body... So this crap was literally for nothing because it does not even fit! So now I shelled out over 50 dollars (including a coupon) on a shirt that I am now giving away to my best friend... Thanks Affliction! Next time I am going to American Fighter... they probably appreciate their customers more! "

"My boyfriend is now on his third try with a pair of the poorly made clothes. The first pair of shorts he purchased had a large rip in the seat of the pants. He exchanged those for a different pair of shorts. These had a zipper that was seen in properly. Even the on site semstress could repair the zipper. Her only suggestion was to not unzip them all the way. What a joke. Especially for the price. So he exchanges them. His third and most recent pair has pockets that are partially sewn on and looks dirty. How can a company get away with this. "
"Their customer service really is almost non-existent but the quality of the clothing is good when it's actually in-stock and they ship it to you. I placed three orders this year and the last one was the only time I actually received the full order. The other two were incomplete as the items were out of stock (although they showed in-stock on their website). The good thing was I was never charged for items when they were out of stock."
"I place an order November 30th and still nothing has shipped. I logged on to view my order history and the items are no longer listed but my total is still there. I have emailed ****@**** and still no answer. I have called the customer service number and the first time it just rang until I get a recording saying my call will not be answered and then I was disconnected. The second time I was disconnected after the fourth ring (I am using a land line). I went to complain on their facebook page as a last resort and I guess it could be worse because their page is littered with words from other unhappy customers who are being charged but arent getting anything. Or their inititial choice was sold out so they recieved something else instead. No one is being helped yet their facebook page is still hosting a lot of giveaways and a lot of emails are being sent guaranteeing delivery by Christmas day. "
"STAY AWAY!!! They have absolutely NO customer service. I purchased a $100 gift certificate for a friend. They tried to purchase something and the transaction didn't go through. However, they gift certificate was used up. I tried contacting Afflication Clothing multiple times and they NEVER responded. However, when I used the same contact email addess to contact them regarding their catalog they responded in about 48 hours. I didn't ask for a refund, I was just asking they they reissue the gift certifcate so it could be used. Stay away from Affliction Clothing unless you like getting scammed!"
