"Started out great and crashed and burned. Spoke a very helpful customer service early in the day who said she would get back to me with information but never did. Couldn't wait any longer and placed my order with overnight air shipping (73.10 cost). 3 hours later I get a call telling me the overnite cost quoted was wrong because the item was in CA. and not Virginia so if I wanted it then price was now 94.92. If I wanted to proceed then I needed to call back within 30 mins. otherwise it couldn't ship today. Called 20 mins later and got a recording due to heavy call volume I had to leave a msg and wait for a call back. I emailed and said I approve the cost and to pls ship. They emailed back a confirmation. Then 1 hr later I got a call telling me they were wrong. They couldn't make the shipment today because UPS has already picked up for the day so all they could do was ship tomorrow. Needless to say they dropped the ball and I will not be back nor will I recommend them unless you want misinformation and in the end not get your merchandise as expected."
"Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Placed an order on an item which was on back-order with Kohler. I knew going in it would be on back-order since even Kohler couldn't ship me the item for 3 weeks. Nonetheless they were very professional in letting me know and asking me if that was ok. They also asked if Kohler could ship the item directly to me rather than to them. Of course I was fine with that. Oh, and this all happened with 30 minutes of me placing the order. These guys are on the ball!

"Forget their name and lose their number. These people just do not get it. It took them three attempts, and cost me 1 1/2 of work, to deliver 1 item. And I am somehow the villain. They spelled customer service to me this way: G-E-T-L-O-S-T-L-O-S-E-R! And the kicker in the whole deal is my local plumbing supply house prices with free shipping are just as good. And they know how to spell. I cannot over emphasize forget their name and lose their number."

After having an order that I placed on Amazon canceled because of a question I had about the sink (and this wasn't Amazon's fault...it was the vendor Plumber Surplus), I went looking for another vendor.
Affordable Faucets shipped VERY fast. I also received multiple emails telling me what process stage the order was in. The last one telling me that the item had been delivered was the most appreciated.
And their packaging was outstanding. I don't mind paying a bit for shipping when an item is packed as well as this sink was. This sink could have gone to the moon and back.
