"The major part of the trip was wonderful. The tour guide, Jeff Hall, was great! He was a font of information the entire trip. He really knew his stuff. Our bus driver, Erin, was a refreshing change from the staid, non-communicative drivers we have been accustomed to. She was talkative and pleasant the entire trip. There are a few stops that could be eliminated- I think that has been done for the 2020 brochure. Some of the hotels certainly were not up to par. They were dark and the furniture was old and chipped and in generally bad condition. Hopefully they will be eliminated for the 2020 trips."
