"I have been using Affordable tours as my travel agent for many years over 10 years and mostly the experience of professionalism, patience and customer service has been excellent. There were times when I wanted to stop using this company but because I have the choice to go elsewhere or give my business to another company I prefer not to. I have dealt with many employees and if I sense that the service is not to my liking I will switch to another employee. But overall it has been good. Recently my travel person is Mrs Dana Woods and so far she is excellent. I don't know what will happen down the line but I am satisfied with her services presently. Keep up the good work Dana. When the tour began the tour director was clear in his directions and what to expect, informative about the places we were touring, the coach was clean and the driver excellent! Our accommodations were above average and some were totally above average nice. The optional tours were good, except we really didn't need to see the bomb shelter--there was nothing to see. Other than that everything was interesting. The dinners were great with good local entertainment. I would not have seen or done as much had I ventured on my own. Thank you."
