"The agent did an excellent jobWith all of the cruise details, however with your company flight information, she did not note the Record locator nor did she seat travelers together. I spent hours on the phone with the airline after spending hours with the cruise agent. This could be easily improved. Also cruise agent did not have any transit details of where to catch the buses or trains to the point of departure – it is odd that info is not on the web of the ship."
